I've been watching a lot of commie documentaries and reading books about north korea, romania, etc. They all have this phenomena. Its cults as well. The reason normies don't pick up on it is our system of brands obfuscates ownership. In North Korea there is nothing but the state, and the state is an inner circle around the Kim family. Idk man, I think people realize they’re in a fucked up situation, but they’ve also seen friends disappear so they’re too circumspect to talk about it and understand that there’s a consensus.

Romania flipped its shit in one single, final instant. Ceausescu ordered his thugs to spray some protesters with lead and word got around. Soon after, he’s giving a speech and everyone is doing their normal thing, being forcibly in attendance, when Ceausescu says the wrong thing and everyone starts booing

Everyone should watch the clip. It’s the weirdest thing to see the switch flip, and then suddenly there’s not a cop in the city who’s still on the side of the dictatorship

I think the lack of a consensus is the most jarring thing about what we have going on.

The people who told all those coal workers to just learn to code when ... Obama? Fucked over the entire American energy industry and several states (but they were red so fuck'm) can now be justly told to Learn to Mine Coal. I love this timeline.

Also all the idiots whining about a “lack of capacity” should be laughed at. When they initially outsourced, none of the countries they outsourced to had any capacity. They had to buy machines for the other countries and train their workers. If it wasn’t an issue to move production to an unskilled country, then it shouldn’t be any issue to move it back to the US.

It took Mexico all of 5 years to have completely on-ramped all major auto manufacturing. They did not have a strong engineer class. They did however have a “Gilded Era” style government and eager companies willing to invest. Also, a labor force who were happy to start working because they hated working as a courier or working the farms.

Unlike Carter who managed to rehabilitate his image through decades of humanitarian work after leaving the White House, Biden has no such hope and will be remembered as one of the worst Presidents in the country's history. In a few years even the Democrats will be throwing him under the bus and trying to distance themselves from him. Even if Joe manages to live long enough to see it, his dementia-riddled brain probably won't understand any of it or even let him remember being President.

They did that the second his brain melted on the debate stage, and they could no longer push the "sharp as a tack" lie. Then they did the exact same thing to Kamala when she lost.
Their absolute lack of shame at how willingly they just throw their puppets under the bus is almost impressive.

I've been seeing Chink apologists for a while. These people will always champion for the most retarded groups. Trump literally said he was going to impose tariffs. He's open to negotiations too. I'm not sad a bunch of boomers stocks are losing value if it means bringing jobs to the U.S. . The thing people don't seem to get is this is necessary kinda like getting a shot. Yes it's gonna sting a bit the alternative is worse. Imagine championing for the CCP though wtf.

I am wondering what reading material you'd suggest about this. I know someone who thinks Page is obviously guilty of pedophilia but others are innocent because they're high off drugs all the time, ergo it doesn't count because they don't realize they're doing it, and I am not sure I buy that excuse for guys like Bowie or Freddie Mercury.

I would agree with you except that I think the reality is neither has the power to actually defeat the other. The USA can sink anything China uses to transport its troops to American soil and whilst the USA could probably land forces in China they'd never successfully subdue China. The USA would probably try some sort of decapitation strike on Chinese leadership which would result in things going nuclear.

The worst part about the "Learn to Code" people is that some of those miners where probably smart enough to get a low level IT certs and junk......and then they got replaced by infinite jeets anyway by the same people that told them to learn to code.

I 100% understand why the miners want to burn the whole system to the ground.
