Wow they can do that? I know in some states that they can file a police report for filing a bad check but they arent allowed to do that in Oregon.

It's universal, that's why deposits exists.
If you owe money linked to the address, have outstanding bills or utilities then that's coming out of your deposit.
It's rare that a landlord will increase rent based in debt buy does happen.
The landlord basically clear the debt against his property and you pay him back.
When you apply for credit you GIVE YOUR ADDRESS, this isn't just so they know were to send forms but because lenders will check existing debts against a place.
So unless credit history and deposits don't exist in Oregon......

Back to begging. Now claims he hasn't had an eye exam since 2009 (even though he had a new pair in the fall of 2015 and there's no way he could have used an six year old eye glass prescription). Also begging for even more shit for the bike he's never ridden. No mention of the debt to AJ Luxton though, maybe he actually paid that off with his

His time in college was analogous to OPL's time in collage in that they where both essentially low-level computer drawing classes, the only difference is Chris stuck with something and graduated Phil dropped out.
Well... I don't think he was outright stealing but he was hankering after something he thought was really good but not putting in any effort to justify them being generous (I've also heard rumours that he was often late to the place, took longer breaks than he should have etc but my source hasn't provided any evidence), I think at one point he was trying to get his hands on a donated MBP from a recent generation but was told to fuck off as they normally sell that sort of thing to be able to buy components for other PC's / fund day to day operations etc.
So I think they just give him the most basic PC they had that could run some basic text editing programs an web browser without falling on it's arse you'd be able to pick up on ebay for £100 and told him to be on his way.

I can't wait for the bike to part ways with Phil. We should start a betting pool on how he loses the bike and how many suicide threats it will generate.
I predict a "Kiwi's stole my Bike" saga at some point in the next 3 - 6 months, despite how much he loves the thing in a fetishistic way when he needs some money and he's getting even less than he does now I can see him hocking the thing.
