Not gonna lie, I can at least emphasize with that. It's definitely not an excuse to perpetuate it shamelessly, don't get me wrong, but as I've said in other threads of similar topics a lot of cases of porn addiction and the like lately we've seen is due to the consequences of unrestricted internet access + uncaring parents that wanted the computer to raise their children. All it took was for a 7 year old to look up their favorite cartoon character on google images back then and poof suddenly you see porn. Google wasn't as tight secured when it came to that.

Same could be said about what he's presenting here: Kids entering chatrooms or old forums, any anonymous sicko would enter their dms and expose them to bad things. If you think kids would run to their moms about it? They wouldn't, they'd keep hush so as to not get in trouble for being exposed into something they didn't want to be exposed to.

It's honestly a very complex topic because there's many factors of what might've started it to begin with and I think that's what he's trying to argue. Where he goes wrong is utilizing it as some sort of umbrella to say "It's fine if I do it cuz I had it happen to me" much like puppychan did. When no, it's not. If he actually felt like he was violated enough to recognize this happened to him in a negative light, he should be going on and changing his life or avoiding to do it at the very least, not trying to justify it. Easier said than done of course, most people choose to perpetuate and cope with things, but it's what he should realize at this rate.
 
I initially thought he actually left for good after a while, but having logged back in after a while and done some catching up on the thread, I'm not surprised to see him back once more. With yet more faggy excuses!
