The new chicken parm cutlets video is one of the best in a long time. It starts with something that looks like a cat box full of vomit and ends up with some sort of breathless mouth full word salad. She hacks up a lung and assures us that she’s covering her mouth, and Betty makes a glorious cameo drinking a big gulp. Classic simply Sara.

I watched a hilarious video on Heebtube, where there were clips of My 500 lb Life, but with tuba music, and, the doctor is funny enough already with his bluntness. But, the point of me typing this: in the vid, I saw a woman trying and failing to keep up with her toddler aged son, and I went to myself, "Fuck me... a guy fucked her at least once."

Terminal lucidity or is the health journey working? She is dressed up, her hair did, and feeling cute and camera ready. Things must have been dire if this is her "after".

She is quite dexterous, seems like the inflammation in her hands are mostly gone. Her skin seems clear and even, and her voice has more force to it.

Well friends, that's it. Sara went to that big buffet in the sky last night. There isn't an online obituary to post yet and it's unclear what the actual cause of death was. I don't have the time to sit and collect all the posts but here are a couple of Sara's last posts about herself being ill with "a virus" that caused vomiting, and now her wall is flooded with RIP messages. I just want to say that I had her in the Kiwi Farms Deathfat Death Pool and gave compelling arguments for why she was indefinitely on her way out next but every idiot insisted it was Chantal. Chantal is a cockroach, Sara was teetering on the edge of death for the past 5 years and mainlining lard while nearly 50
