I'm presuming this was taken in LA and not MN. If someone can prove me wrong by triangulating the trim to prove it's the Grand Wolf Lodge- hey, go for it. My guess is some AirBnB near the Barbie Dream Mansion.

Vito said in the BPITU published this weekend that Dick's wedding was "Black Tie with a bit of flair", to which Dick said Marie put that in. I'm guessing Kayla's fox ears were her "bit of flair" for the wedding.
Whether the thrill of the hunt was enough to get Kayla out of bed for the wedding, I think it's likely she at least made the trip out west.
