I'm a new Alog, I didn't know about the Provigil. This might explain his excess sweating or "heat allergy" as he puts it. He has or had hypertension grade II from his alcohol and stimulant addiction, he lost weight to cut the excess sweating and hot flashes, so he could paint-over this obvious sign of his poor health.

He claimed to be taking it for narcolepsy. But he was describing taking at at the end of the day before going to sleep. He also seemed to be taking it after drinking alot of alcohol.

The weight loss is its own story. But I attribute that largely to heavy cocaine use at the time and crazy desire to re-gain his pre-adult skinny college body. His story was that he went from around 200 pounds down to around 140 pounds at the lowest. And that is at a height of maybe 6'2.

First of all, I wouldn't be surprised if he went out drinking somewhere and sang karaoke despite the legal issues, but this is neither the location nor the venue I'd expect based on the past. After all, the karaoke night at the Gay 90s is more his speed. I believe Nick has also talked about feeling like he's being stared at as a result of the drama around town in the past year, which would make it even more likely that he would head further afield than Willmar.

Also, Aaron is, according to Aaron's own claims, being trolled. Aaron has claimed to have been contacted by somebody claiming to be his classmate-turned-journalist-turned-detractor Paul, read out his own responses on stream where he accepts he's talking to Paul, only to announce that he's decided that it's somebody pretending to be Paul. Point is Sean correctly predicted Nick would get no jail time. Obviously, it ain't over till the judge approves the plea, but it's highly unlikely Nick will see the inside of a cell. Sean has been pretty much consistently correct about everything. Nick and Balldoguards just can't accept that.

I'm not a lawyer and that wasn't a difficult prediction. Here's what I thought back in July. Nick finally came around. This prediction was before Kayla hired atty and before April was charged but it's pretty close. State took my "really lenient" tack the lazy bastards.

I think the prosecutor will offer them a deferred adjudication plea of a lesser amount conditioned on both taking it, rehab probation, etc. I could see them rejecting that and having one of them plead guilty, state the drugs were solely their own, etc, etc. The state could still try constructive possession on the other parent but it will be harder if one parent testifies it was solely theirs.

If the state is really lenient, they could offer the plea and drop charges against the other parent.

Considering Nick seems to be the only one with a lawyer, I suspect he's going to take the hit. The court wouldn't allow her to be steamrolled into anything other than charges dismissed. I'm still confused as to whether these are separate cases.

Nick will carefully craft a narrative that "lot's of people" plead guilty to stuff they didn't do to protect their families without actually stating that he didn't do it. He tried it out last night.

Let's use birthdays. Let's say "John's" birthday is 3/31. Statistically 1/365 people have a March 31st birthday. That's a 0.2% chance of any particular person being born on 3/31.
