Mr. Hardin is merely bringing it up where it's relevant. For example, Russ has stated that his LLC was trying to buy the million dollar brothel, and Mr. Hardin let the court know just that, including Russ statements that he solely controls it. I believe he has mentioned in the eviction case that he petitioned for Government housing assistance, so that could be it. Or maybe he's living at one of those homeless shelters, who knows (though they do accept mail, so I'm not sure what his problem is).

I suspect he’s doing to start writing motions to argue with the judge, as well as Hardin. No clue if that’s even possible, but it’s not like Russ cares for the law anyway. If It works in his head then it must be reality or someone, somewhere is wrong.
