I love how Greer admits to witness tampering. I can't find it now, but didn't he deny that he had attempted to tamper with his witnesses, and counter-accuse Hardin of maliciously harassing his poor innocent family?

The whole argument of ECF 263 comes down to this: The big, scary, evil Kwifarms will attack his family and other witnesses to prevent them from testifying, or punish them for doing so, like some sort of mafia. I'm not sure if Russ actually believes that, or that's just a ploy to garner sympathy and excuse him from trying to prevent Hardin from deposing his witnesses.

Although Russ has been reminded by the court that he abandoned his other claims of defamation and harassment, and that this is now a only a copyright case, Russ keeps arguing that if details of this case were public, he and his would be harassed (more). The man supposedly went to law school. I remember from my middle school and high school civics classes that court procedings in the US are public, and that anyone who wants to is allowed to study and discuss the proceedings with others. If this were anyone other than a lolcow like Russ, I would be questioning the quality of a law school who's graduates know less about the courts and laws than a fifth-grader.

If Russ didn't want to be the subject of public mockery, perhaps he should not have made an ass of himself in official governement public records.

Would it be worth it for Hardin to argue that whatever harassment that Russ claims he is receiving probably isn't coming from us? It's plainly against the rules of the site to fuck with the lolcows. Have not people who have been caught doing so been banned? People who propose such faggotry certainly get called out as the faggots they are.

If it is worth anything, I personaly disavow having had any contact with or making any effort to harass Greer. I have not encouraged or instructed anyone to do so. I am not aware any past, present or future plans by others to contact or harass Greer. If I came into such knowledge, I would post it publicly here, and join in any mockery of said persons conspiring to harass Greer.

i am just now catching up, but to address speculation about russell being a “full-time student,” i find it highly likely that he enrolled himself at a fakey non-accredited “online university” or diploma mill. while i don’t have any concrete evidence of this, the fact that he cited “freelegaladvice.com” as a source in chapter 1 of his book when he was explaining legal procedure makes me think he would easily fall for one of these shit-tier online “universities.”

edit: considering he also posted somewhere bragging that he could “go to law school for free because of his disability,” that sounds just like something a recruiter of one of these sites would tell him to get him on board.
