Yeah, I've been watching Jobst's videos for quite a while and I don't remember the suicide coming up (in regards to the lawsuit) at all. The evidence on the cheating all seemed pretty straight-forward to where even a boomer who hasn't played a game since Donkey Kong was brand new should have been able to understand it even if it was technical, and they had proof of a lot of Mitchell's lies.
Hearing that he lost triggered a "What the fuck is this bullshit" reaction but reading through the thread and seeing what he was actually being sued over I don't even feel sorry for him
