That will also create a roadmap for states to pursue state crimes that were also committed. Pardons don't apply to state prosecution.
Until a Judge files a TRO declaring the state (which isn't even the state the Judge is in) isn't allowed to prosecute because "they were pardoned and the spirit of the pardon means that they can't be prosecuted, especially not in a political prosecution."

Know what?
Even if it's illegal, I'm good with it this one time.
If we can see Fauci put in the Oubliette I really don't care how we did it, it’s a win.

You have to love how he keeps shitting on a senile old man who is no longer a threat to him. It's starting to border on elder abuse.
(literally the people who have been doing what doge claims to be doing for the past 50 years)
lol they were doing a great fucking job of it
Is this some auto-generated account or something? I don't think anybody was arguing this.

What are you up to in there, buddy?

This is like the third no-pfp low-post dud account that just randomly started posting in the last couple of pages. And they're all speaking with the same uncharacteristic styles like all ending statements with "!" like you'd see some facebook grandma do. Did a bunch of botted Manchurian Candidate accounts just spring to life?
we need that autofire glowing tag for accounts that suddenly spring back to life

Yes. Are you retarded? If he's not writing it himself it's called forgery and it is very illegal to do that.
Not really. It's very well established, likely since the English common law pre-Revolution, that a legal instrument can be executed by directing someone to sign something. It's not "forgery" or illegal to do that. It happens literally every day in other areas of the law, like in wills and trusts, or in contracts.

to me, if this is going to hold any water at all, the only avenue is that biden must not have known about the pardons for them to be able to attack them. it really does seem like an insane, foolish, purposeless gambit if they don't have prior knowledge already that biden's pardons weren't signed or known about by him.

There is an argument to be made that the thick stack of pardons that were issued during the last stretch of the Biden administration are null and void if all were machine signed without Biden's knowledge, let alone his presence of body and mind. Biden is a dementia ridden meat puppet, whoever was making executive decisions, it wasn't him. The guy was barely coherent by the end of his term to the point even the MSM had to admit it. Any documents signed with an autopen under those circumstances are no better than documents with forged signatures.

Anthony Fauci deserves to rot behind bars, but even if that doesn't happen at the very least I would like to see his image and legacy completely destroyed and for him to be remembered not as a noble figure but as the lying scum he is. He was the key player in the development of the gain of function research that led to the COVID outbreak and also was responsible for the policies that informed the global lockdown mandates that ruined the lives of countless millions around the world. In my eyes he is no different to someone that has committed crimes against humanity.

This is all fucking retarded and a waste of time and taxpayer money. Autopen has been used by Presidents since at least Thomas Jefferson, who was a big fan.

He also intentionally extended the AIDS pandemic for financial gain
Knowingly Tortured dogs
Sold bioweapons research to China on behalf of Obama
And was telling people internally that no, the masks don't and won't work while specifically saying the exact opposite of whatever Trump said to do, for months, just to make him look bad.

I still remember when they suddenly pivoted from Masks Don't Work to Masks Mandatory, and one of the explanations going around was, to paraphrase "Oh well we wanted to make sure hospitals could buy up all the masks first so we lied about the effectiveness to avoid a run on them". Everything there stinks.

As for the pardons shit, extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence, will be curious to see what they back this with. I'm 100% in the camp of "If Biden didn't know and didn't order the pardon, then they're invalid" but proving that is a hell of a hurdle.

I think his point is that people in the administration were using an autopen to effect their own policy decisions, not that the use of an autopen makes it void. But it is kind of retarded. Trump always says a little too much. Half of these legal challenges to his actions are predicated on something Trump says offhandedly or in addition to the action he takes.

Feels a little bit like like one of those "Judge so-and-so has made his ruling, now let him enforce it" type deals. I've obviously been very sceptical of anyone calling Trump fascist, but this would be a big step.

And you know what? I'm also fine with it.
