TL;DR My bank decided to freeze my account for exchanging fiat to BTC which was then sent over to my non-custodial wallet, and then to Null's address. The account got closed because I refused their demands to produce all sorts of documents on who, where and how benefited from the transaction, with "cannot be bothered" being my provided reasoning.

You can mail anything you want to the PO box under contact us at the bottom.
I think a single plastic card like a gift card in an envelope would still count as machine processable mail, so it might only need one stamp. If it gets returned add a second stamp, cross out return to sender and send it again.

I just saw no point in mailing when I can just send the redemption information directly through email or message via photo or just typing out the card numbers. Whatever is preferred. I just got stamps, just seems like added delay to receiving funds. Amazon can also directly email gift cards if purchased digitally
