She shared videos of herself and her boyfriend, who seems to have consented to this based on available evidence, with Destiny back in 2020/2021. He shared her video in 2022 (or more times before and after this). He has not provided a single piece of evidence that she gave her consent to share her videos with anyone.

But there is a strong defense in the argument "I had every reason to believe she was fine with this, as she's fine with doing the exact same thing."

"Implied consent" does not exist in the law. A reasonable person does not assume that consent is infinite and forever if given once.
