I think part of the issue is that Chris' ultimate motivation, the force underlying everything he does, is laziness. Phil says and does a lot of stupid shit in the hope of asspats or attention. Chris expects everything to just come to him, and if it doesn't, he won't bother to go after it.

I'm inclined to agree with Ravenor; Phil may be slightly smarter than Chris, but they're both idiots, and there's not a significant difference in their intelligence. If anything, Chris being stupid may actually help him out a bit. He has some pretty nasty personality traits too, but mostly, Chris comes off as a good natured loser, a bit weird, but mostly harmless. It's only once in a while that some of his more malicious, self-serving traits come out, and at least some of that owes to the influence of Barb, or even the trolling.

Phil... well, he still comes off as exceptional, and it's not just his faux edgelord costume or the childish doodles covering his body. That whiny voice that sounds like he's still struggling with puberty, the stilted way in which he holds conversations, even his awkward gait all point to someone who is a bit... well, slow in the head, to appropriate a CWCism. I don't think you could go more than a few minutes of seeing him without thinking he should have a helmet and a wrangled. And ironically, he apparently DID at one point, voluntarily, because he thought it made him look like a bicycle riding trans latinx something....

I think the big difference isn't so much that Phil has any real sense of 'street smart,' because he really doesn't appear to, beyond a fear of pain, and interacting with real homeless people or minorities. The real difference is that Phil seems to have some sort of antisocial behaviour where he wants to associate with what he views as dangerous and bad ass. He wants to present himself as this weird tattooed bicycle riding translatinx ecoterrorist, but really, at the end of the day, it's just a costume, a RPG hea playing. It's like he's glommed on to certain stereotypically 'left' leaning ideas and images and tried to impress people with them.

I don't think Phil has particularly good social skills, BUT he has found communities that believe in blindly accepting anyone who claims to be oppressed, and he's pretty good at exploiting them. I think part of it is that he started young, and is still able to seem vulnerable, which makes them initially more sympathetic to him. But as we've sewn, Phil has a remarkable talent for burning bridges. Even other troons who think they can exploit him wind up wanting nothing to do with him.

In the end, Phil is a much more toxic person than Chris ever could be, and he's much more self-destructive as well. Chris may be slowly killing himself with junk food, and probably will have a hard time coping after Barb kicks the bucket; I'm not sure he could really hold down even a minimum wage burger flipping job. But Phil? Every stupid tattoo he gets, every hundred dollars he wastes on bicycle accessories that he'll never use, all of that is just him rushing head first into his own oblivion. There's no planning for the future. He worries more about whether he can impress some SJW he's never met than whether he can feed and cloth himself in a month.

The weirdest thing is how both of them, and a lot of other lolcows, have jumped onto the whole tranny bandwagon, but I think that may just be a generational thing. Indeed, with trannies becoming so ubiquitous in American pop culture, it looks like Phil is feeling left out.

Phil is a very black and white direct thinker, Problem A directly results in solution A, and solutions B,C,D,E etc never occur to him.

He actively hunt's those groups out, I've been predicting and saying for a while that he's possibly looking for a new group because he current one is tapped out but the last few months have been a real drag for him because he's starting to think being trans isn't so special anymore that's why he's trying out the asexual label for a while.

I believe that he's either already gone into debt over that bike or is about to, and not in the bank load kind of way more like payday loans, he's currently begging for $325 a month to pay "rent" the thing is that was Torrens portion of the rent he was supposedly going to pay but has never coughed up for and now Phil has a real bike he wants to spend money on the rent he's paying is killing him.

Phil is getting a discount on his rent but not as much as he wants us to think, some research of mine peg's the flat with his layout in that complex at roughly $900 a month, Phil is paying about $650 - $700 a month and he's also to a hit in his tugboat since moving to Beaverton full time and it's working out to something like 75% of his total available income.

The thing is if he got a bike and really learned to use it, I wouldn't have a problem with it as for the unemployed or working poor (as depressing of a term that is) a bike is a sound investment compared to a car or rail, train, uber or taxi as other than the initial cost minor upkeep is either free OR very cheep, but to Phil is a fetish object and bit of odd shaped furniture in short, his Bike is a Amebo and the accessories are Crayola Model Magic to him.

When this sub was public we acted as his short term memory, he often thumbed over threads here just to see what he's said in the past. Phil has a 6 month directional rule in his memory 6 months ago is in the distant past and mostly forgoten and 6 months in the future is so far ahead it's like you or me planning our 90th birthday party when we are 16.

I think this point needs addressing, Phil does not seek out victims either they seek him out or like the fable of the scorpion they get warned about Phil and don't listen.
Phil has a reputation in his trans community for not only his behaviour but him being a major part in the transway takeover by Jordan and yet people still take him in a trust him.
It easier to consider someone like Tweaker a victim but when you consider he actively chased Phil on DA for over a year and planned to run away with Phil and become a prostitute even after Phil told him not to so he could use his stable living environment for cash and a place to crash.

Sure they are still victims but victims of their own actions.


In terms of intelligence and IQ I would say one thing separates Phil and Chris.
Chris will take with little info he has and build an idea. If you can confront him with proof he's wrong Chris will accept this or say "he's not aware of all the facts" and never mention it again.
Phil given all the facts will twist them to fit his version of the idea. This idea becomes fixed, if the idea is challenged and prove faulty, batshit crazy or wrong then Phil will not shift his position.
Chris knows his limits and stops way before th, Phil does not accept his limits yet falls short in lulzy ways.

I think another thing that makes Phil seem more intelligent than Chris is that Phil's parents didn't seem to shelter and coddle Phil like the Chandlers did with Chris. Chris' parents being old enough to be his grandparents meant that they didn't really have the energy or mindset to really lay down any tough love on him or force him out of his comfort zone to help facilitate his growth as a person.

Phil's parents, at least seemed to have, made him take at least some responsibility and accountability (like spanking him when he was being a bullying little fuckwad) for his actions, tried to instill in him some sense of work ethic by not signing him up for TardBux early on, and they had him go through SpEd courses for learning coping and socialization skills (unlike the Chandlers who had a very backwards view in regards to Special Ed due to the stigma mental disability and the treatment there of that their generation tends to have).

While I don't think there's much difference between our two Pet Tards in terms of intellectual horsepower, Phil seems to have learned better coping and interpersonal skills, if only slightly. Enough for him to seem a bit more intelligent than CWC.

As far as Philthy's love spuds go...yeah, he's still got 'em. If he didn't his scrote wouldn't be all stretchy and bag like. Nearly a year out, if there was nothing in there, it would have substantially retracted and smoothed out.

When Phil sticks to the facts it's actually pretty impressive.
He can soak up facts pretty well and regurgitate wikipedia entry's.
The problems start when he starts to interpret facts and figures then it all crashes into an autistic buzzword filter.
Things get further confused by the fact Phil allows the opinions of his current flame (Greta, Dusty, Jordman) to overwrite sections of his own.

I disagree. Even old Model A's and T's have historical and collector value and can fetch a pretty penny from the right people. Chris and Phil are more like a rusted out Ford Pinto vs. a dented and crunched AMC Gremlin: both are unappealing, underpowered, unattractive, barely functional, outstandingly flawed, and virtually worthless. Both are quite similar in several ways with only minor differences between the two.
