Two Notable Things:

Putting the daughter aside for a moment, there's still the rampant issue that Aaron said was that there were never drugs used in front of kids. As opposed to, for example, someone leaving a coke bullet lying around, or a coke and molly fuelled foursome happening while kids are in the house. It's such a shame we won't see Nick on the stand being cross examined and having to give explicit answers to explicit questions, instead of playing stupid word games while being indignant.

I've only been checking in on this thread randomly but has cheating the drug tests been discussed? Because it's incredibly easy. They sell fake urine at head shops (that works even at doctors office drug screens, which is crazy I'd have thought they'd have a way to catch fake urine), people will sell their clean urine and you can even just bribe the people that drop you to look the other way/put you in the system as clean (if it's instant drops that show the panel on the side and then the drop attendant enters the info in manually themselves, idk how it is for probation vs some behavioral rehab places)

I absolutely would not put Nick above doing any of those things to be able to use/drink and get away with it while on probation. He isn't ready to be clean and sober, we know this because he only stopped when the state stepped in. I honestly see him being very, very far from his rock bottom.
