But I'm glad you reminded me of the "I pretended to be gay in college" thing. I don't like "he's gay" as an insult or speculation about that based on "no straight guy would...," but based on some recent comment of his, seems he's embracing it for real. Perhaps his sardonic wit flew over my pretty little head, and he was only pretending (again) to be retarded gay to shock the prudes, but "I'm gay, too," or whatever exactly he wrote, read as him coming closer to being out & proud, or at least poised to start talking "fluidity."

I agree that Rekieta has been acting very gay in the last 1+ years, but with him supposedly pretending to be gay in college, to the extent that this is true and that he was a male cheerleader in order to try and snag Kayla, well that sounds like something out of a movie, where Nick is the hero who overcomes being a nerd and wins the hot girl in the end.

I have some doubts about how much bullshit is in this story. Let's say he did "pretend" to be gay to get close to Kayla, how long was this for? Was it a single time when they first met?

Was it for a week? Was it for 3+ months?

Because I think Nick has tried to give the impression that it was for at least a month, because his life is just like a movie, man. But it was probably only the case for his first two meetings with Kayla.

Remember, he had a diamond stud earring BEFORE his 'pretend' to be gay arc. What a faggot!

Who on earth could possibly check all these boxes? That level of hostility would seem to rule out Dan and Sharilynn in part because you'd think that after they stepped up to the plate with all that babysitting duty during the CHIPS case, a modicum of gratitude would not be out of line here (optimistic to ever expect that trait from Nick, I know). Moreover you'd think he'd be less inclined to so publicly burn bridges with Dan and Sharilynn when they'd be important to keep friendly for future babysitting and chauffeur duty whenever Bob and Celeste are too busy traveling the world, at least out of sheer self-interest that can motivate Nick even if gratitude isn't in his repertoire. For those reasons it's more likely to be that sister-in-law or some lesser-known cousin that Nick's threatened litigation will hopefully make famous.

I have a theory that a lot of his remaining subscribers on LOCALS are the same crowd that he picked up in 2022 with his first banning from youtube. That crowd had a lot of people who became annual subscribers, and they did it in October. To keep them on for another year, Nick needed to pretend that he's not permanently stuck in the cuck corner. I think that explains the attempts to stream and the frequent soonposting.

It wasn't clear from that tweet alone but it was continuing his discussion from another tweet posted here earlier, where he first fixated on one specific mentally ill in-law who is responsible for turning other in-laws against him independently from Aaron:

I don't get it, is he saying that @Potentially Criminal said (or ever would say) that Geno's testimony could never be compelled across state lines? All 50 states have reciprocal statutes for that exact purpose and it's done all the time as Sean well knows and probably even personally grappled with in practice on both sides of the versus, so Nick has to be making this up.

At most the consensus seemed to be that the state obviously can do it, but wasn't certain to bother investing the time and expense into doing it as opposed to avoiding it with some marginal concessions in a plea deal. That opinion isn't somehow made incorrect by the state's decision to make that investment now as it turns out. I don't get it.
