He could be charged for things not covered by the pardon period. It is also possible he could admit to something so utterly heinous that a judge would rule not even brainrot biden would have pardoned it.

the more likely case, provided he gets justice, is that if called before congress he lies and is charged with perjury. Or if he tries to destroy evidence or participate in a cover up.

Its also possible that if (This is an actual in-theory speculation, I'm not being IN MINECRAFT cute here) it was Shown that Moderna and Pfizer conspired to cover up negative effects from their vaccines and Fauci participated in that and a RICO case was made, you could indite Fauci as a RICO conspirator for the conspiracy, despite being immunized for his actions, especially if the conspiracy exceeds the timeframe of his pardon.
