I've seen his show, some of the recipes themselves are decent so whether or not he cooks properly on the show doesn't really bother me. Some of them, like his "bean salad" which is basically just canned 'pork n beans' mixed with mayo are really disgusting however.

I think his product reviews are probably worse than his cooking; a lot of them just boil down to him not reading the instructions, then blaming the product when it doesn't work properly.

Once he even had Farberware sponsor him and send him an icemaker to demonstrate on his show, and he botched it by overfilling it with ice (due to not reading the instructions of course) and then blaming the product; I bet he never got another sponsor offer from them again

There's a reason I call Jack the DSP of cooking; arrogant enough to think he can, spiteful enough to fuck it up for the viewers, delusional enough to place the blame elsewhere, and a moneygrubbing shitstain who rabidly guns for freebies.

Further specifics: This mongoloid is missing a key ingredient: Vinegar. You need it to actually perform the fucking pickling process. He also does not allow his solution to cool down after over-boiling his solution and on top of that is kind of missing a bit of sugar to help take the bite out of the product. This is essentially creating the world's saddest broth to stew his veg in.

How is that a lazy man's omelette? It takes longer to prep and cook than a normal omelette, and it looks terrible.
