Ok that's crazy, even the time of year the photos are taken are capturing how bad it's gotten.

It will be very fun to compare what the place looked like before Nick and Kayla let it decay.
The cabinet drawers in that kitchen are still on.
Disgusting no sense of fashion or trendiness.
The windows aren't greasy and there isn't clutter anywhere. My word. I am surprised the house was even able to sell. I guess Nick knew he could spruce it up much better.

Also, what is this in the driveway?
You lost Pindia
(Fuck! All you buggers beat me to it)

"This is your house. And this is your house on drugs"

Glad to see that Pope of Cuckolding just keeps on winning! New Year, new Balldo!
You surely owned all the karenfarmers yet again.
Eat a dorito, hoover few lines and drink few bottles of Whistle Pig you limpdicked junkie.
Can’t wait to see you fuck up your probation IF the cucked state of Minnesota actually subjects you to random alcohol and drug testing (which they definitely should because your case is solely substance related).
After your kids got taken away and you were subjected to some form of testing you immediately picked a new cringe addiction for vapes(nicotine).

Cheers trustfund loser 🥃:really:

Do the people actually at the auction get to see pictures of what it's like inside? Does the sheriff's department send over a few deputies to do a walkthrough?

Some USDA/RD auctions can get a prior showing by appointment but those are rare to begin with, and back in the day at least Auction.com-listed sales would include interior photos to the extent of vacant units that the bank had already secured for winterization, but going through their search function sorted by occupancy they don't even do that anymore, probably for legal/privacy reasons as there would usually be the embarrassment of personal belongings and garbage for all the world to see.

At this point Minnesota sheriff's sales are done strictly sight-unseen from the sheriff's lobby with no opportunity for prior due diligence other than looking at occupied units from the street, and snooping around vacant units without getting caught. To see anything more bidders would have to knock on the door and ask Balldo for permission, which many will surely attempt with humorous results that I only hope they'll know to record for archiving here, until he eventually posts no-soliciting signage that will force the vultures back to the street. Frankly I'm surprised that signage doesn't appear in the photos already.

I'm guessing the shit in front of the garage are inflatable decorations, probably picked up from Menards. Something like this:

You just know something Aaron said on stream pissed skelly off enough to study the blade and take it out on that poor thing:

That´s beyond excessive... when your kids move out you end up with 5 spare bedrooms. If you group the age approximate kids, 3 bedrooms is enough and you move the older ones that demand more privacy to the single rooms.
Beyond excessive? It's a simple luxury that millions of kids enjoy; even a lot of the poor ones.

And we are talking about the man who spent $20k on cocaine a month and basically drank a bottle of whiskey every stream for several years..... But his kids each having their own bedroom is where he draws the line at too excessive?
I would agree with you normally but given his level of income at the time of purchase and the low cost of real estate in the middle of nowhere area..... Each kid should have their own room, at least the ones over like age 7.

His manicured lawn and kitchen cabinets: gone.
Look at the plant in front of the lamp post!!! Wtf? It's just a giant, disgusting, rodent-infested, overgrown, dead bush. It's not even the same kind of plant, it's like some invasive species moved in. This is how like some people frown and think evil thoughts all the time and it manifests outwardly in their appearance.

"A man was cucked there once. He couldn't hold an erection so hired some island blacks to run rough shod on his lady while he watched. When that wasn't enough he moved in the local radio station host. The property's never been the same."

That's why I think it's fucked up that when he was thinking of renovating, it was for his creepy sex room and not to give his kids extra space. It's not because I think kids will suffer irreparable damage if they have to share a room, but if you have a bunch of extra money and five kids, why not make life a little more luxurious for them? I think when most parents come into some cash and decide to spend it, they factor in something nice for their kids as well.

Yeah, this points to something that always bothered me: the assumption in this thread that he had a "live-in" nanny. Not sure if that was just something PPP or somebody else said that just stuck, but do we have actual proof she was truly "live-in"?

If she was, that means:
-Cuck Cave- 1 bedroom
-Nanny- 1 bedroom
-5 kids- 2 bedrooms. I would assume that the 16 year old had his own room, meaning one room for the remaining four, which seems insane to me, even for Nick, especially when that would have been the situation even before he started his love affair with la cocaina. Is that really what the assumption is when people say "live-in" nanny, five kids in two rooms?

Sorry if this has been beaten to death already but I find this thread difficult to keep up with, even with highlights as I haven't had much time for Kiwi stuff lately. And to this day, people keep saying "live-in" nanny like it is a known fact? It seems to me, though, that she was more of a driver than a real nanny? Why pay for a live-in nanny who doesn't clean shit? You don't need to give them free room and board PLUS salary to get someone to schlep your kids around.

Our Husband gives me a headache with this bullshit.
She definitely wasn't in th guest house right? I know they had tenants at one point but I can't remember if that was when they had the nanny

I dont think it´s a matter of expenditure but there are bonding and social skills benefits to room sharing, specially till your 12-13. I also think if you dont live in a manor, it can make your house pretty ugly to keep extending it specially if they are additions and not included in the architectural project, not to mention the waste of space when they eventually vacate the rooms.
I still think the bonding benefits are the most important, specially in a big family.

My prediction for 2025 for Nick is a plea/guilty verdict on the drug charges and a separation/divorce from Kayla. And Nick moves out do the primary residence

[EDIT] It appears as if the auction people did not get access to the house. (yet?) They just uploaded 5 pictures of the road and the outside from the driveway. Here are the two most relevant.

Skelly, what am I looking at?
ewwwww.png
Is this a pile of trash? Used clothes and kitchen waste? Clean your fucking house you disgusting skelly freak.

Are you sure you didn't just lift this from the Pindia thread?

They managed to be festive:

Look at those boulders lying around. So little care is given to his property. Will this be his new excuse? :really:> SEAN I was picking up boulders from my driveway SEAN!!!!

As for the wreath, it has been hung up there since the last lot of photos were posted. They never bothered to remove it.
1736214278033.png

They never bothered to trim the trees. It was perfectly spherical in the photos but sadly neglected by their new owners.

Truly depressing. The second image was from May, 2023. It looks like they did add a few boulders at some point.

Wait a second... The first was from 2016 and the next image from the 2018 sale.

They just let plants die and whatever wildlife knock that eagle thing over to never fix it again. Is that a tribute to the same tradie who died of pancreatic cancer? :really:
The previous owners maintained everything pretty well, down to the little garden that welcomes visitors at the driveway and some pretty unique signage. It's a shame that Skelly can't even maintain 6 low-effort bushes. What a sad state of affairs!

He lives like a jeet.
Fact check: FALSE

Remember you posted this?
From the original thread where this came up. I somehow won with an utterly bizarre result.

I decided it would be cheap to try to find something outright in the middle of the wilderness (though many people have done that in this thread and STILL found a pile of garbage somewhere) so did a Google search for most remote places in India and picked some town called "Ziro."

I dropped a pin on a building somewhere in it in Google Earth and somehow got three pictures from inside someone's house.
Clean rooms and good furniture. Obviously they need to do a bit of cable management but most wouldn't care too much.
Even jeets have better living conditions than him.
