Nick can be honest about his vices? Easily? I don't know who you're trying to convince hereDestiny rides out his scandals with honesty about his vices and a good work ethic. Nick can easily achieve the former. It's the latter that's in question.
Counter-narratives are fine and all but I think this third bullet-point here is a big problem in your theory of him having a comeback. His locals fanbase is not particularly loyal, not moreso than any other fanbase. He has a handful of noteworthy retards in his locals that defend and try to spin his every action, but it's a handful. His locals is practically dead most of the time because he pissed off and alienated so many of his previously loyal fans on there. At this point it would take him ten whole years to gain enough locals subs to possibly get another 5k gift promised and undelivered on there.I'm not going to write a long defense of my view bc time will prove the answer but the short argument:
- No one ever gets canceled unless they cancel themselves
- Americans love a comeback
- Nick has among the most loyal fanbases around. His Locals subs proved it. Many will be back.
In order for a comeback, you actually need something to comeback with. Nick has no content to give his viewers, sure you got the small number of Locals subscribers, but there is no way he can financially sustain himself with them.Last night proved to me that Nick will have a medium-successful comeback. This is a counter view to many people here who enjoy the "it's never been so over' refrain. That's a fine perspective, and often funny. I just don't think it's accurate.
The instinctive love for him from a few dozen people last night was unsurprising.
I'm not going to write a long defense of my view bc time will prove the answer but the short argument:
Instead of Ralph, a more accurate parallel might be Destiny. Besides looks, they share a fiercely loyal fanbase, edgelord history (sort of), sexual scandals, sexual orientation issues, and known drug abuse. (I'd also argue that they both hate women but that's another issue.)

- The political mood supports it. See Trump's comeback. Like Trump, Nick is something of a trustfund populist that people love despite their better instincts.
- Nick's always possessed self-deprecating humor (that hides a gigantic ego until it doesn't). That serves a comeback mission well.
- Nick's not Ralph despite the many parallels.

I like how the old grandmas on facebook are a consistent leak of vaguebooking. Doesn't matter which lolcow.Sorry to doublepost but they're vastly different topics. Kayla's mom posted this on FB yesterday. It seems revealing. Dan Sletta upvoted.

"We even stop talking to each other at times". Yikes.
Nice work, Nick. These people housed your children for seven weeks!
A lot of his loyal locals fans have given up on him since the summer too. ThePromisedOnePS had even a rant where he denounced Nick. He used to make 4 hour livestreams defending NickCounter-narratives are fine and all but I think this third bullet-point here is a big problem in your theory of him having a comeback. His fanbase is basically crumbled, any friends he has that would come to his defense are slowly sloughing off, and multiple members of his own family might be done with him after this most recent shitstorm. I think Nick is too narcissistic to actually do it, but I would consider this story ending with a gun in his mouth to be more likely than him having a comeback.

You can buy this track from flotheproducer.com or get a free (shittier bitrate) one from YouTube.
He's such a worthless drunk he had weeks to get ready for it and couldn't manage to be sober even for a few minutes. What a complete asshole. Basically showing up plastered to a virtual wake (even if you're Irish you're supposed to wait until the actual wake to start getting drunk).Heck, he was trashed.
While I am fond of throwing around phrases like fat fuck, fat bastard, fat son of a bitch, fat motherfucker, literally any insult that involves a fat person has "fat" in front of it, there are some synonyms reserved for those you don't want to insult. Portly. Stout. Falstaffian, even.See I'm not funny, but Sean is naturally funny (fat jolly guys usually are), especially when he's sperging out because he didn't play closer attention to catch his own cameo - that freakout has to be one of my favorite things to ever come from him, and I will cherish that clip for a very long time.
"I'm sorry for that shit I did that was YOUR fault!"Every apology he gives has a ", but" with an excuse.
He barely even streams at all and when he does he loses subs as people wonder "why am I even subbed to this utter faggot?"What does Nick have to show? Maybe one comeback stream to do a little dance, but then it's at best back to pre arrest. Boring streams of him yapping about nothing, bleeding viewers (even less viewers to bleed now).
In 2024 he'd average 80-100 dollars a night, sometimes as much as 120-150 dollars, at least when he'd actually stream and not close the stream after 5 minutes because the cocaine gave him a nosebleed. Drama streams like the Cokestream, SEAN SEAN, or Eric July of course got way more. He'd get about this much in his most active period of streaming post-arrest, although his initial few return streams got more superchats because more people were paying to call him a junkie cuck. If he droned on about Trump'n'gunz for 5 nights a week and Kayla got a job, and somehow laid off all drugs, superchats to pedophiles, and anything but the occasional sip of cheap liquor (lol not happening), they'd have enough money for the family even without the trust fund. Especially if he sold the Balldomobile and stuck the money somewhere reasonable. In order for a comeback, you actually need something to comeback with. Nick has no content to give his viewers, sure you got the small number of Locals subscribers, but there is no way he can financially sustain himself with them.
You mentioned Destiny, but do you know why his fans keep coming back through his scandals? Content. Tiny always has something to show them that keeps them there, that makes them donate and subscribe. What does Nick have to show? Maybe one comeback stream to do a little dance, but then it's at best back to pre arrest. Boring streams of him yapping about nothing, bleeding viewers (even less viewers to bleed now).
There is no redemption arc. When he says anything reflective or mentions mistakes, he is engaging in displacement apologising.
I made some mistakes = I shouldn't have become friends with Aaron or I shouldn't have tried to please my wife by swinging.
One barrier to building back an audience is that his voice is legitimately irritating to listen to now. I was never a Nick Fan (mostly Null interviews and some of the Rittenhouse trial streams) but playing back the tapes from before to now the difference is night and day, nasally and whiney. Maybe I'm overstating it as an issue but the drugs and booze have permafried his brain.I think Nick could have a comeback...if he said and did all the right things. Not a redemption, mind you but a comeback. This would involve publicly acknowledge his fuck ups without hedging or equivocation and either getting back on track with the legal stuff or just sticking to being a lukewarm cultural streamer. The whole process would basically be one of gaslighting an almost entirely new audience into thinking he is someone that he isn't and convincing them that the past is the past and he's never going back there when that new audience finds out about this whole saga, which I believe is possible to do.
I do not believe Nick will do the things necessary for such a comeback. I think he is doomed to continue failing because he is, at the end of the day, a massive retard and gay-faggot. I am looking forward to the day when this bountiful bovine fucks up again and embarrasses himself publicly for my amusement.
Every sad-sack mediocre salesman PRAYS for a cuck like Nick to walk in. He’s exactly the kind of moron who will believe that because he’s paying a lot of money for something it means it’s betterer. He's an absolute idiot because even massively underclocking it and mining crypto with it would have made it at least pay for itself in its useful lifespan. Instead he paid enough for a whole computer for something he had absolutely no use for.
Just an absolute dipshit. No wonder he's broke.
Ehhh. Hard to say, for every one or two wine moms defending Rekieta, at least on Xitter, there's like 3-4 people shitting on him. My guess is that he'll have a small audience of loyal people who would defend him no matter what, but almost everyone does. The problem Rekieta has is that he's too egotistical to ignore the haters, even when it benefits him. So every stream will eventually devolve into a back and forth between himself and haters. Even some of his mods have turned on him.Last night proved to me that Nick will have a medium-successful comeback. This is a counter view to many people here who enjoy the "it's never been so over' refrain. That's a fine perspective, and often funny. I just don't think it's accurate.

Nick to date has never apologized or taken accountability in any kind of meaningful manner, in line with his narcissism. A comeback usually involves acknowledging, without cope or assigning blame to others, what you did. He has as recently as like a month or so ago said he wishes he and April were still together. Very repentant, lesson learned for sure!Last night proved to me that Nick will have a medium-successful comeback. This is a counter view to many people here who enjoy the "it's never been so over' refrain. That's a fine perspective, and often funny. I just don't think it's accurate.

Same reason you see people defending scummy game developer practices or carrying water for insurance companies. Mental illness.I'm intrigued by the psychological dynamics at play when content creators experience a public downward spiral, yet maintain a devoted following despite clear misconduct.
What cognitive mechanisms enable such steadfast loyalty in the face of mounting evidence to the contrary?
Does this phenomenon have a name?
Agree, but he's leaning in:Nick to date has never apologized or taken accountability in any kind of meaningful manner, in line with his narcissism.
Ralph actually moved to a location where he can live in a tin shack filled with piss bottles and even pillstreaming gets him enough to fund that pathetic lifestyle and get him his xannyberries and tortas. You're right that he isn't Ralph - he's actually worse than Ralph because he has no self awareness that he needs to do better.
Performatively taking accountability means he internally does not believe he did anything wrong, therefore, he's not going to modify his future behavior.Kino Casino is back covering Rekieta (give it 3 hours before they get around to it) for those interested.

I regard narcissism as a spectrum issue. That is, it CAN be treated and mitigated over time. From what I understand, the psychological community is split on the matter. At the very least, Nick will performatively try to take accountability.
It's politician/lawyer bullshit. It should read:Agree, but he's leaning in:
Both versions cost nothing but pride.I'm so sorry. There are some things that involved other people
and I didn't share them out of shame.
I also made catastrophic mistakes and appalling decisions. I'm at fault and let a
bunch of people get hurt. I'm not the person I hoped I would be.
I never meant to be like this. I literally just wanted to have fun
with everyone and maybe give something back. I humble myself before
God and will work hard to earn forgiveness.
wasn't it back in 2002 too? that was before even metrosexual became a thing, and especially if he went to school in MN he must have been the only "out" gay guy in the entire college. He was playing cheerleader and telling people he was gay
between how long he's been gone plus the arrest and everything else i doubt his paypigs are still there. plus for how long he streamed making so little a night is sad.In 2024 he'd average 80-100 dollars a night
also he didn't have the incentive to keep streaming that nick did. nick was a full time professional streamer for over half a decade and had a million dollar contract. Munkey clearly could only do youtube as a hobby and young love is always fleeting. haven't kept up with Jones but he could have an entire career and fucked off forever from the internet for all i know, he certainly doesn't get the viewcount he used tobut he was significantly younger than Nick at the time that went on
