Counter-narratives are fine and all but I think this third bullet-point here is a big problem in your theory of him having a comeback. His locals fanbase is not particularly loyal, not moreso than any other fanbase. He has a handful of noteworthy retards in his locals that defend and try to spin his every action, but it's a handful. His locals is practically dead most of the time because he pissed off and alienated so many of his previously loyal fans on there. At this point it would take him ten whole years to gain enough locals subs to possibly get another 5k gift promised and undelivered on there.
In order for a comeback, you actually need something to comeback with. Nick has no content to give his viewers, sure you got the small number of Locals subscribers, but there is no way he can financially sustain himself with them.

In 2024 he'd average 80-100 dollars a night, sometimes as much as 120-150 dollars, at least when he'd actually stream and not close the stream after 5 minutes because the cocaine gave him a nosebleed. Drama streams like the Cokestream, SEAN SEAN, or Eric July of course got way more. He'd get about this much in his most active period of streaming post-arrest, although his initial few return streams got more superchats because more people were paying to call him a junkie cuck. If he droned on about Trump'n'gunz for 5 nights a week and Kayla got a job, and somehow laid off all drugs, superchats to pedophiles, and anything but the occasional sip of cheap liquor (lol not happening), they'd have enough money for the family even without the trust fund. Especially if he sold the Balldomobile and stuck the money somewhere reasonable.
One barrier to building back an audience is that his voice is legitimately irritating to listen to now. I was never a Nick Fan (mostly Null interviews and some of the Rittenhouse trial streams) but playing back the tapes from before to now the difference is night and day, nasally and whiney. Maybe I'm overstating it as an issue but the drugs and booze have permafried his brain.

Ehhh. Hard to say, for every one or two wine moms defending Rekieta, at least on Xitter, there's like 3-4 people shitting on him. My guess is that he'll have a small audience of loyal people who would defend him no matter what, but almost everyone does. The problem Rekieta has is that he's too egotistical to ignore the haters, even when it benefits him. So every stream will eventually devolve into a back and forth between himself and haters. Even some of his mods have turned on him.
Nick to date has never apologized or taken accountability in any kind of meaningful manner, in line with his narcissism. A comeback usually involves acknowledging, without cope or assigning blame to others, what you did. He has as recently as like a month or so ago said he wishes he and April were still together.
