Ah so Nick forcing his family to live in squalor was all a 200IQ move to make the house unsellable, and it would've worked if not for those damned Scandinavian prudes at the church!
I mean the 2nd home he keeps the side pussy in, with the Silent Hill shower. It's a pending sale right now but that doesn't mean sold. He forces his family to live in squalor in the main home because he's a junkie alcoholic selfish loser.

Jesus Chri- A COLLATERALIZED LOAN taken out of your PAID OFF HOUSE?? What the fuck could you possibly need that money for??”
You're not going to get an uncollateralized $300k loan. And an equity loan or HELOC isn't an unusual thing.

There is at least one sort-of-reasonable reason this scheme could have been conceived that doesn't involve critical levels of money trouble at the inception of the loan: tax-aware borrowing*. Early-year payments on a mortgage loan are almost completely all interest. Mortgage interest on loans up to $750,000 is deductible. So for relatively low cost, it's a way to get cash that is mostly tax deductible against taxable income, freeing up more income to throw away on shitty art, foolish cars, and snacks snort invest. For the low, low price of under $2k/month ($1749 for $316k at 5.27% (which is just today's default on the linked calculator)), you'd get a deduction of around $16k/year in the early years of the loan ($16k in interest, $4k in principal). So if he's he was at the highest marginal rate (37%), the deduction of $16k-ish is like netting $6k-ish. Spending $21000 (mortgage payments) to yield $6000 in net non-taxed income and get $300k cash on hand could be worth the risk for someone thinking they'll have a high income going forward and sure-thing investments investment returns above the interest rate, and believing they'll be able to pay off the loan once the deduction is down to a pointless amount (or refinance and restart the deduction to the max). Would have to run real numbers to know. Risky, unless you know you'll never be so stupid as to fuck up your life to the point you can't or don't pay your mortgage. But why take it out against your main house, rather than your rental property sidepiece's temporary residence? Probably bc the lender didn't want the murder home.

Pro tip: a house of cards is a bad idea when you're a narcissist coke head with no native numbers intelligence.

*this usually is for large amounts, as in the link. But Nick liked to think of himself as a baller, so.

he had to have ignored multiple warnings.
He 100% did. His lender is an investment advisory firm, which implies a larger relationship. Or at least a former one. He's likely been dodging their calls for months.

And literally everyone knows that if you stop paying your mortgage, foreclosure is on the table.

If things were that absolutely dire, he could have sold that dumb car 6 months ago and more than caught up with his arrearages.

How funny he was snippy about having more pressing Maslow concerns than race issues. He was too busy in the sex level to bother with meeting his children's absolutely foundational ones of food, security, and shelter. Or clean air to breathe, given all the coke flying around in it.

Y'know rekeita was almost completely quiet like the entire month of December, no big Rekeita news. Yet the very second that josh is back and doing the podcast it all starts pouring in like a river. Just funny happening after funny happening. It's like he was waiting in the wings ready to provide content on the return. Thanks Nicky!

I can't believe he made any of you like him but I specifically meant to real people, not an audience. If you're polite and charismatic to police, court staff, any other everyday people you are exposed to, people will help you and let you get away with being an ultimately terrible person.
He still tries it. Look at the Wil Herren videos where he interviews that one woman who shows up to the court hearings. Nick tries his charismatic, manipulative approach on her because he sees her as receptive for altering the narrative. If you didn't know his despicable attitude, behavior, and internet statements, you might find him to be a sympathetic father who made a mistake getting into drugs and now the government is hurting his family. This is the same approach he does to balldowashers in order to keep their allegiance, and you can see it whenever there's leaked DMs. Even if he's not as coherent anymore, it's no different than how he'd work the "family man cool conservative chad dad" angle with his old audience.

Nick doesn't do this approach to authority figures like cops or the court because he views them as the enemy. He believes they've already made up their mind about him, thus are on the same level as Aaron, Kino Casino, or Kiwi Farms. Sometimes people switch from one category to another, like Null took many months to get on the enemies list. Although sometimes it's a lot faster. Like I remember Nick was initially kind to far-left Twitter lawyer T. Greg Doucette during the Vic saga, but within a few days Nick's gone from trying to correct and convince him to nonstop attacking him.

Yes, this is incredibly stupid, but we're talking about a man who fried his brain on drugs. Nick is a pathological narcissist whose core concern is how others view him, and it's YOUR fault if you don't believe him. His entire worldview can be summed up as "he wants to have his cake and eat it." That's why knowing the truth about Nick is so devastating to him, because it lets anyone quickly see through his attempts at manipulation.

No carry over? Fuck that noise.
Nope. Not one fraction of an hour. I generously suppose that they conceive of the point of it as ensuring current knowledge, though given the bs/irrelevant CLE that some end up taking especially when they need to be cautious about expenses and/or deadlines (that some lawyers observe) are looming, it seems silly not to allow any at all. Down with the CLE provider cabal! :lit:

You're in Ohio, right? So you can carry over a year's worth (12 hours)? Nice!

Can any great legal minds familiar with criminal cases tell me if it's a good idea to spend money taking every retarded long shot for your defense possible, or is is, in fact, retarded?

The only things I can think of are
1.he thinks being as difficult as possible will make the prosecutor back down and offer a more favorable plea to get it over with
2.he is delusional and wants to fight to the bitter end
3.he is not delusional, but wants to fight to the bitter end because he thinks that will be better for his career?

His best legal shot IMO from the start was to immediately go into rehab, be as sorry as possible, cooperate in every possible way with the courts and to take a reasonable plea deal. Any money spent was mostly a waste of money. The most that was justified in the case was a forelorn hope attempt at challenging the warrant at the omnibus hearing to see if anything unexpected happened.

April could probably have escaped charges if she had just walked away from the Rekietas after the arrest and never looked back.

Almost everything he spent on the case was wasted money and none of it was done very well IMO.

2.he is delusional

Yes he is. That is the explanation of most of it. A man who does not make mortgage payments isn't going to make good decisions in a criminal case.

After punching myself in the head for three hours to simulate a (hopefully) temporary facsimile of Crackets’s mental state, I found this thought scribbled on my wall when I regained consciousness. What follows is what I could decipher from the scrawls.

If the whore-home sells quickly enough, he may plan to just pay off enough on the mortgage to get current and avoid bankruptcy. He will take the rest to “invest” in his “career” (the plan being “invest in” more art and “renovate” the “set”) but actually just blow it all on blow again and have this whole foreclosure saga happen again in like a year and a half.

Even if the house sells at county auction, closing can not happen until after the redemption period expires. Nick is not likely to lose his house. He will cure the mortgage with the proceeds of the sale of the Baldo Bunker.
Nick is not likely to lose his house. He Mommy & Daddy will cure the mortgage with the proceeds of the sale of the Baldo Bunker.

If the whorehouse has galvanized steel water pipes that place is FUCKED and needs everything replaced after what neglecting the well water has done to it.
Makes you wonder how April ever showered there. No wonder that pussy stank and needed Summer's Eve.

It is extremely simple to get reinstated to active/authorized after getting smited smote for CLE deficiencies*, as has been stated many times. He needs to take some classes/report them and pay some money now owing (penalty, reinstatement fees) due to being a dumbass and not reporting on time.
Nick, take classes? The retard would rather write petitions on why he should be teaching the classes.

Consummate? Consummate? Did he really say that? Because that is not what that word means*, and I am getting tired of his shit grammar and vocabulary.
A creative writing major who gets "creative" with his word choices. Also know as a nigger retard.

Nick was open at the time about the fact that what he wanted to sell his house to Aaron for was the infamous house extension, not the mortgage on the house. If Aaron had bought the house Nick would have spent all the money before Nick realized that he had to keep paying his mortgage to keep his house.
It's contradicted by Nick explicitly saying at the time Aaron now says Nick was trying to sell Aaron the house that he was trying to get the funds needed to pay for his much talked about house extension.
This has me question if he took out a mortgage to build the sex dungeon? A simple "Ask Google AI" can cost upwards of $190k!
sex room.PNG

Upon searching, there's a Netflix Documentary "How To Build A Sex Room" that came out in July 2022. Wonder if Nick is a big watcher of Netflix documentaries?

ETA : Was it Dec 2022 or Dec 2023 Nick confirmed wanting to build a sex room (but when guys found out they bailed)? Did pancreatic repair man work on it?

This is exactly what I tried to say before.

Also worth pointing out, the rate in 2022 was pretty low right? So it would be very 'easy' to make this decision if you were a financial robot like some of us. Locking in @ even 3% for a 300k loan and then investing it (and getting a smaller but still a little bit of tax benefits) is an easy choice.

Clearly this retard didn't do that, but these aren't some crazy 'only for billionaire' level finance arrangements. I assume any local banker can just smash out a few of these a day realistically.

If I recall correctly, Dax has a BS in CS from UCLA, and some experience in the field.
He's also correct about the absence of a gap in talent. Whites and Asians are much smarter in CS than Indians, on average. It's just that there are so many of them, and white Americans are sadly decadent when it comes to choosing fields of study.
It's not about decadence. If you're going into CS in 2024 as a White American, you will be openly discriminated against. You will never be promoted past a certain point. They will openly explain that it's because as a white male you don't align with their diversity goals, and that's before you take into the count the Jeet factor. You will be forced to compete with literal subhuman filth from India who will lie and fake credentials and hire their countrymen because meritocracy is for stupid white people, India has a race war to win and they're doing a Zerg Rush build. But even if they can't promote you and even if you'll have an infinite swarm of retards from India literally smearing their keyboards with shit, the work has to get done so your career path will be cleaning up after the Indians, doing the actual work, and being a supervisor/manager without the title, while some PaJewEet from the Brhamin Caste will be running around pretending to be a person taking as much credit as he can and using your work to hire more Jeets.

You'd have to be a complete fucking moron to go into CS in 2024 -- or the last 20 years. Remember, the same year they had like 150,000 layoffs in tech they also wanted 85,000 H-1Bs... because they just couldn't find any talented White Americans to do the roles .... at 20-40 PMR.

Edit: Worse, CS is like Nursing for femcels, it's the generic "good career path degree" that people are pushed into getting right after high school or after they hit the wall and the partying gets to be a bit rough on them. It's comically common for CS / Nursing students to be doing something completely unrelated to their degree; similarly, most CS managers I know have 4-8 year degrees in something not CS related, since "more school is more gooder" according to HR departments who are fucking retards -- and anyone can learn to use a computer in a long weekend.

You must be young. It’s an old meme:

When you were partying, I studied the blade. When you were having premarital sex, I mastered the blockchain. While you wasted your days at the gym in pursuit of vanity, I cultivated inner strength. And now that the world is on fire and the barbarians are at the gate you have the audacity to come to me for help.

Reminder that Nick can solve all these problems with out destroying his credit history. Defaulting on his mortgage is such a faggot move that only a teenager would conceive of.
Can he?

He has no income anymore? He's not streaming. He's not getting superchats. The locals is probably wrecked. He doesn't go viral on twitter. He has no rumble contract. He can't even practice law thanks to him fucking up his CLEs and having his license suspended -- not that anyone locally would let him practice law for them.

He could, possibly, sell the house with the cursed shower. That MIGHT make enough to pay off the mortgage + fees + interest. Maybe. If that doesn't do it, realistically what are his options to pay off the house / to be able to manage his household and finances? Will Rackets have to get a job at the bank again?

It's a reference to Samurai films and an old meme. He's basically saying he'll do fuck all to change anything.

PULL UP

I assumed it was the 16 yo. Finally stood up to his druggie dad.
He had facial bruises a few times in the months leading up to the coke-stream, and he tried to cover them with makeup a few times and messed with the saturation of his picture. I think he did it to himself - hitting himself in the face during his spergouts that Aaron described.
