I think the best solution is to have a revised and codified OP where it just spills the guts on this, and just has everything. The same topic gets talked about and people either believe the allegations or not, and the litigation gets tiring and pointless.

My suggestion would be perhaps a Prospering Grounds thread (senior members let me know if this is a good idea or not), for this sole purpose, with links, archives and info-graphs. I think fighting each other and speculations are just meaningless. After satisfaction of all the allegations and information, it can perhaps be put here or replace the OP.
