I was wondering how Hardin would react to Russ's claim that the whole witness thing was moot.

Russ has compared his lolsuits with duels. I can only imagine he would start by arriving later than the agreed upon time, with no second (because nobody likes him and he can't afford to pay for anyone) and would complain that his opponent actually brought someone as per custom. Then he would bitch about the weapons, despite being the one who demanded pistols at dawn. He would insist on going first and would immediately miss (not on purpose, he was shooting to kill) and claim that he should get several more tries because he's a terrible shot. Then he would hide behind a tree to try to avoid being shot. Finally, while bleeding out, he would bemoan the fact that his opponent had the gall to use real ammo.

Russ would be the kind of asshole who would actually try to kill the other guy. Most traditional "duels" were a performance of machismo, like Mensur fencing, where the first to shoot deliberately threw away his shot and so did the other guy.

If anyone can undig himself out of this mess, it will be Russell 'the undigger' Greer. I think that even veterans of this thread will be amazed and astonished at the extent to which Greer will undig himself over the course of the next few months. If things go really bad for him, and sanctions are imposed, then I do not see him undigging his penis in either the mouth or the vagina of a hooker for a very long time to come.

There may not necessarily be a delay. As others have pointed out there is the normal progress of things being done by Hardin under the assumption this case will proceed to trial, and the secondary case which is operating under the assumption Greer is acting in bad faith.

This does seem schizophrenic because it is. Judicial procedure assumes all sides will follow the rules. Which means that when one side starts breaking the rules this does not give the other side the right to start breaking them too.

It's really up to the court, and this court has been burned twice now. Once by the 10th circuit and again by the northern district of Florida. It needs to be ironclad now, so he's probably going to give Greer plenty of rope. Greer is just too stupid to realize how bad this may end for him once that rope runs out at last.

So Russ has "evidence" in the form of an email between himself and Good Reads (a website) where he bitches about Kiwi Farms (a website) because Russhole has convinced himself that members of Kiwi Farms were somehow responsible for positive reviews of his books being removed...yet apparently has no actual evidence that any member of this forum was responsible for those alleged "positive reviews" being removed. Just his assumptions. It's just as likely those positive reviews, if they actually did exist at any time, were prank reviews and Good Reads recognized that and had them removed. Or, assuming they were real once again, the people who posted those reviews changed their minds and removed them of their own volition (if that's a feature of Good Reads, I don't know). The fact is that Russhole has zero evidence that any members of Kiwi Farms were responsible, and frankly I don’t see how anyone could really influence a website like Good Reads to remove someone else's review of something. It makes absolutely no sense.

Maybe this has been broached in the main Russ thread, but not gotta lie: "Paralyzed Face Productions" is actually kinda catchy and--for a split-second--actually makes one think that this assclown can laugh at himself a bit and roll with the hand God dealt him. But then you read all the shit he's up to, and just...nah.
