Yes, this author and artist cannot draw pecs, and makes it seem as if the black man has breasts. It also looks like he's wearing a blue wig because you can see his normal scalp under it.

Genuine question, but what is the difference between 'demigirl/boy' and 'transfem/masc'.? Both of these words sort of communicate the same thing, that being more feminine or masculine as opposed to your actual sex. And isn't the label 'androgyne' more of a look/aesthetic?

There is no difference between any of these collect em all gender flags. They're all just signs of terrible mental health/easy attention seeking, as it requires no effort to slap a lazy label on yourself and get ass pats from other delusional people online.
Many of these people are just confused teens going through puberty and just need proper help and guidance, not access to groomers via online 'communities'.

I've seen art that is decent but there's also a rising amount of the above; namely idiots making Nerevar into a femboy and Vivec into a saggy tit abomination and the blandest, most ugliest OCs known to man that I would rather look at mod beasts from the early 2000s.

In lore, Vivec was born intersex and so when he reached godhood he turned into a bipolar, self-obsessed and egotistical art whore that molested the God of Rape and proceeded to write cringe fanfics about it via his gay ass 69 sermons nobody reads. I can see why Tumblrites like this character.

Ironically, I like him too but that's because this early 2000s game had more tact when presenting niche themes in a way that was more believable than just slapping a flag on a character or making them GROTESQUELY sexual. I'd also critique the Baalbuddy, TrueSTL and Nexus coomer degenerates on this to prove I hate these speds equally but that's a topic for another thread.
