This might be reaching the point where an interlocutory appeal by Hardin and Null could be warranted and accepted if the Judge does not finally take some action to curbstomp Russ. While pro se retards are to be given some difference that cannot and must not so heavily prejudice the defendant the way we have been seeing here.

Well, I'm probably biased, but I don't know about that. I think Russ crossed too many lines. I can't interpret these recent filings and the emails he responded to Mr. Harding without thinking that he is clearly acting in bad faith about the whole process.

That crazy skank's antics were even loonier (AND she actively participated in her thread until Null finally banned her) and the court let her keep it up for ages. She did eventually get the smackdown but not until LONG after everybody said "Surely THIS will make the judge put a stop to her" many times over. Greer's kookery is probably going to be permitted by the judge to get kookier before this comes to a close.

Greer's kookery is probably going to be permitted by the judge to get kookier before this comes to a close.

To elaborate for anyone who joined after or didn't pay attention to Smelly, she literally sued the Farms 6 times for bullshit, each of which was thrown out until we got a retard who let something slip. It then took over 2 years before she finally got BTFO'd by Hardin, and now has a preliminary injunction (I think that's the right term) where she now cannot sue Null for anything related to KF without going before a judge first. Greer will get plenty of opportunity to sperg before this is finally dead. On the plus side, it does seem like something may be about to happen. I'm not getting my hopes too high.
