So TOVE which Jirard Khalil is CEO of, is now being sued for $220,000 in lawyer fees by NoPixel for subjecting them to a frivious lawsuit where they claimed they owned 50% of NoPixel by saying the coder that was freelancing was actually their employee that they 'loaned out' to NoPixel thus making it their intellectual property despite the fact TOVE never even contacted NoPixel, meanwhile the coder in question, which per their contract has to pay TOVE $8,750 per Month while they're sponsoring his H1B visa, has been in hiding for almost a year now after NoPixel Lawyer's pointed out the facts laid out by the coder in the lawsuit is basically an admission of visa fraud.


Also fun fact, the lawyer for NoPixel is Larry Zerner who played the original owner of Jason's Hockey Mask in Friday the 13th

Them not filing taxes and still doing more charity events while removing the gaming part from the golf thing is very strange. I bet the family always viewed Jirard as a bit of a fuck up because he wasn't part of the charity fraud family business, and now that he finally joined in, hoping to get the acceptance of his father and brother, he gets them all in jail by bringing the eye of autism upon them. Should have stuck to defrauding normies with disk golf or something.
 
Satchbag dropped out of Normal Boots before it got too bad for him to handle and honestly, good for him. Never really cared for his content but I just look at all these people from over a decade ago who were big rising stars suddenly burning out in the past few years. Jontron's gone slop content and as inconsistent as he once was before, ProJared's just as sporadic and hasn't fully recovered from his incident in more ways than mentally, and Peanutbuttergamer... exists I guess. Kinda funny to see that the only Normal Boots adjacent thing that's going strong is Did You Know Gaming which completely shifted its direction of getting video game facts and starting to take old Japanese magazines for info that's not widely spread.

I actually think PBG came out on top of all the Normal Boots people tbh. He turned his old twitch vod channel ("Peebs") into an unscripted variety channel where he just rambles about things that interest him. Some gaming related, some not. Smart move imo since that style of off the cuff content just seems more popular these days. The vids get less views than PBG vids did at their peak (though trying out gimmick foods is popular I guess, a lot of those vids get like 500k+ views) but he pumps out 5 or 6 videos each month now as opposed to just 1. The PBG channel is basically just a hobby at this point, he's been getting more weekly views on the Peebs channel for a few years now.

Jared tried a similar thing actually (saying he was inspired by PBG) where he had a new channel doing a weekly show talking about 16 bit games that released that week in the 90s. But I think his annoying elitist attitude + being a sex weirdo + being lazy as fuck (he had a writer and video editor for the channel so he was basically doing jack shit, just talking into a camera) killed the channel. He ended it earlier this year literally saying they weren't making enough cash to sustain it lmao. Even had a patreon for the channel that peaked at like 170 paid users.

That plus the fact that he's a grown ass man in his 30s with his own family, but still wants to appear like he's in his 20s... yeah something is up with this guy. What that could be, who knows, but there's something.

Jontron still has money, craps out a video when he feels like it instead of having to feed the algorithm weekly, and the only thing that came out about him was that he had some political opinions that the left didn't agree with.
