Greer is in full-on panic mode. He’s starting to realize that this isn’t going well for him. He’s trying to use gaslighting in the hopes that the judge will view it through that lens. Me? I see at best for him, sanctions. However, I think he’s in for a bad ride. I still firmly believe that while some believe that the judge was trying to “help” Greer, he was actually trying to build up a good enough record that any appeal would be fruitless. The records show that the judge offered Russ every opportunity to not be a moron, but he was anyway. I think that kills any appeal.
