I THINK THE CHIEF OBSTACLE IS THAT YOU CAN'T DIRECTLY PUT LINKS IN YOUTUBE COMMENTS OR YOUTUBE CHATS. YOU COULD SAY SOMETHING LIKE "I FOUND A YOUTUBE CHANNEL CALLED AUTISM-CHAN WITH JUST OVER 300 SUBSCRIBERS THAT HAS A VID FROM 2/28/19 WHERE RALPH STREAMED CSAM" AND THAT MIGHT WORK BUT EVEN THEN THE CHALLENGE IS PRETTY MUCH ANY WAY TO SAY CP HAS BEEN CENSORED FROM YT.
