Assuming Greer hasn't submitted anything, I don't think we'll hear about it until tomorrow when Hardin files a motion explaining to the court that Greer did nothing and just bitched at Hardin to just give in and settle and let him live his life of creeping on whores.

Hope we get that since any time Greer bitches at Hardin to settle I'm just reminded of this classic persuasion technique.

I didn't listen to the scheduling conference, did Russell amend his discovery requests to anything useful?

Last I heard, he asked for:
-How many Greer copyrights are on the site (Answer, none, there are only links and direct posts have been removed)
-How many people downloaded his copyrights (doesn't exist because the site doesn't keep data on how many link clicks and even that wouldn't say how many computers downloaded)
-How many times Null viewed the Greer threads (doesn't exist because why would the site keep that information? At most he could say how many posts Null made, but that wouldn't be relevant at all)

Russell told Hardin he had no evidence to hand over because all his screenshots of trolls are irrelevant to the surviving copyright case. I think Russ believes Hardin will hand him all the evidence for that, and he'll be in for a rude awakening when all the answers are "None, doesn't exist, doesn't exist"

Greer still has to respond next week to "Why the court shouldn't sanction you." so Hardin will almost certainly send something in ASAP if Greer misses this week's deadline.

Hardin has shown himself to be a professional guy. It is 100% guaranteed that he at least has been emailing Greer going "hey dummy, the judge said you have to do this by the 16th. Please do it, don't blow this off" but in nicer words. He wants to show the court that "your honor, I tried my best, he just doesn't want to cooperate". We can only hope that Greer was actually retarded enough to ignore the deadline in spite of Hardin trying to get to him, but because of the Nothing Ever Happens rule I assume he probably did something, anything, that he will be able to cry to the court that it totally counts even though it was bullshit, and the judge will go easy on him.

Is this Russell's account trying to bait @Useful_Mistake into saying Russell did disclose, since the only way that could be known is if Hardin is @Useful_Mistake?
