Nick accessing Aaron's Google account is a federal crime, even if Aaron left himself logged in on Nick's pc.

Nick and Melton fucked up by posting evidence that Nick was doing this (Melton flat out admitted Nick did it on Discord and him or Nick posted a screencap of Nick logged into his Google account, I believe). Aaron went to the police about it and the court can easily subpoena Google to get evidence to prove Nick did it like IP logs.

Posting evidence you're committing a federal crime is dumb. Doing that while you have an ongoing legal case is very dumb.

Also to expand on the Melton part of it, if you know you have obtained information based on a federal crime then you become part of the crime. Also melton bragged about seeing Aaron's presentation to try to work at a radio station and talked about the type of porn he watched. He also talked about Aaron's sales numbers eg too see when Aaron maybe was faking sales to meet his goal. He talked about doing a graphic of it. Last year when Zumock and Brennan were feuding Melton put together all these graphics on their views, sales, super chats etc.. when they were on against each other. So this is def the type of shit he likes to do so i am sure he was putting up these graphics of Aaron's sales.

FWIW, I sorta believe Aaron that a decision on his plea deal is deferred while they look into the CFA-like violation Nick might have committed against Aaron.

Aaron, unlike Nick, doesn't seem like the type fight till the bitter end on a wing a prayer. He's taken plea deals before, and I suspect he would have taken one here. He's way more Ralph than Nick in that respect.

Also, they're supposedly deferring Aaron's case for 60 days, but they gave Nick only 20.

TL;DR I think they deferred Nick's thing so he'd stop being a faggot and wouldn't force the state to go to trial, but they are deferring Aaron, and for three times as long, because there are some are credible claims that have been raised that they have to investigate.
