This is like in the Styxhexenhammer thread, when commenters acted like he was going to be breaking rocks on Alcatraz for getting in a fight with his girlfriend. I think a lot of Kiwifarmers don't get out much.

But yeah legally, if he's a first offender and doesn't do something silly like be in contempt of court, it'll be anger management + community service of 40 hours + a fine. Absolutely nothing.

I'm gonna be real here, he's never been convicted of any crimes as far as I know and this woman "fucked around and found out". Sure the little homo overreacted, but you can't simultaneously think someone's dangerous and also think they're open to friendly dialogue.

He'll get off with a slap on wrist, maybe a small fine, and told to keep in line for 2 years or so. I hope they make him do community service just so a faggot like him gets the humiliation of doing a blue collar job, something he looks down on, especially those of the working class, White families. Optimistic. I doubt this will happen.

Maybe. But judges are typically bound by sentencing guidelines that take into account a defendant's criminal history and other factors. In any event, battery is a Class A misdemeanor in Illinois. The absolute maximum sentence is one year. You don't go to prison unless you get sentenced to more than a year so it's literally impossible to go to prison off of a simple battery charge.

That's not something exclusive to him but I get your point. Almost every eceleb/political commentator thinks they deserve to be part of the elite/ruling class but don't pursue a political career because it's easier (and more profitable) to sit at home and grift. They are all sociopaths who were not given the opportunity to act out on those impulses. While I think the jewess deserved it I also can recognize that Nick probably had the desire to maze someone for quite some time (from the twitter space audio) and saw the opportunity to fulfill that desire when the jewess came to his house.

cook county is so far in over their heads they utry to pressure or coerce you into a deal or plea so that they don’t have to take it to trial.

you just keep telling them “fuck that I’m innocent I want a jury. we’re going all the way.”

depending on what it is they tend to drop things when they realize they’ll have to assemble a jury and prove their case. (not sure if the jury’s a good idea for Nick. It is for most things.)

learned this in a case where I was innocent and kept telling them where to shove the plea deal. their cases are often shoddy bluffs. and even when they do go to trial they lose.
