Yes. Celeste was 17 years old when she got pregnant and and 18 years old when she had Kristen. (Again, it's believed that she's Nick's half sister. Bob and Celeste married a few years later.)

We know ages because Celeste turned 66 on May 21, 2024 and Kristen turned 48 on October 16, 2024. We know Kristen's age because she's active on FB, IG and TikTok promoting her Nicaraguan gym and general wellness. She's recently been posting quite a bit about perimenopause: Kristen's birthday IG post. If it matters, she looks pretty great for 48.

I recently did a mini-deep dive on her vids to see if she ever addressed Nick or the arrest. She didn't.

As for how any of this relates to Nick, here are some observations:

• She likes to drink but it seems well under control. There is an airport vid where she explains how to get past airport security with mini-bottles of liquor, go to a coffee place when waiting for your plane, and make your own espresso martini. That struck me as vaguely alcoholic behavior.
• She has more of a TX accent than Nick. She may have stayed in TX when Celeste and Bob moved to MN. That would make sense; she'd have been an older teen when the move happened. She's fluent in Spanish.
• She defines as a social butterfly and a girl who loved to party in her 20s and 30s.
• Her mere existence may explain Nick's strongly pro-life views.
• Kristen's now-adult daughter seems to have written a self-published horror comic. I'm not sure what to say about that.
• For those interested in the Owens inheritance, she purchased the Nicaraguan gym a couple years ago. If purchase records are available, it may indicate a dispensation of funds from the trust. Or not. The cost of living and real estate is low there.

She never mentions her first marriage or daughter (that I found). I found that strange but it may be for justifiable privacy reasons.
