I'm gonna guess they'll claim that the Safe Belonged to Aaron and that he left without giving over the passcode, the coke in the safe and the coke being used outside the safe were completely unrelated and completely coincidental. It's desperate but it's a way of kicking down the amount seized substantially. Of course this won't work if Nick purchased it and it's in his bank records.
