Russ is triggered by the very existence of gays and abortion because the legal issues surrounding them get lots of media attention and he doesn’t.
If you’re discussing gay rights or abortion, then you’re ignoring Russ’ plights. Russ is the rightful centerpiece of all reality and your refusal to acknowledge that means you hate the disabled.

Gays are one of his favorite groups to get upset about. He's said he's against gay pride because it diminishes his pride in his lifestyle as someone who pays for sex.
He has two favorite "arguments" he likes to make, which are "If (GROUP) can have/do (ACTIVITY), then why can't I pay hookers?" and "If paying hookers is illegal, then (ACTIVITY) that (GROUP) does should be made illegal too!"
It's usually gay rights/gay pride or abortion he's in favor of banning until hookers are legal, but IIRC he's also wanted to ban public breastfeeding until there's a whore on every corner.

Against gays because they get laid without having to pay. That is certainly A REASON to hate gay people. Also against public breastfeeding because no hookers. That... is just perverted. I don't know a better word for that. That is creepy and wrong in a very sick way.

He can't accept or be happy that someone has rights or is allowed do something.

The problem is that no one ever taught Dildo Saggins that just because he has moved on from something it doesn't mean other people are obliged to do likewise.
