I am guessing that it has to do with the fact that he may be living under supervision of his parents either at the behest of CPS, as part of rehab treatment, or his parents have threatened to pull the purse strings if he doesn't straighten up.

Either party or the judge can schedule a settlement conference. Given what we know, it could be the practice of this particular judge or county to send all pending criminal matters to a settlement conference.

Kayla moved addresses too. Her case titling moved her to Wilmar with same zip as Nick. I bet they had to swap residences with his parents and can't live at the Spicer addresses. I think he still needs supervised access to his kids. He can't stay overnite so streaming overnight is out.

Maybe, maybe not. Plenty of busts happen because the cop thinks you look funny, and decline a search. At which point he creates probably cause by “smelling weed” and calls the dog.

And the address on the hearing notice does not exist. Baldo's parents live at 5870 E Eagle Lake Rd, Willmar, MN 56201. Also his mom Celeste has been spending her time at the waterfront house near the beach down in St Pete off the causey to Treasure Island. She posted a recent pic with friends out at Shell Island before the hurricane flooded the area the past week. His dad made everything private on this IG and FB, but not his mom. For all we know his dad could be down at their house in St. Pete, FL as well.
