IANAL, either, but I would assume that, per the nature of what the omnibus hearing is supposed to achieve--in that all matters before trial that needed to be addressed were brought up and reviewed, Balldo's silence on any other matters is to be interpreted as that nothing else needed to be addressed. Since the the matters he did bring up have been addressed, as of now, there is nothing more to argue prior to trial... or so I understand.

No, there is one Omnibus that gives them the chance to bring up all pre-trial motions and raise issues.
They did express their desire for a Franks hearing, but that does not mean all other issues are resting until the Franks request has been ruled on.

There are still topics like the admissability of bodycam footage that can be argued during motions in limine, but the judge pretty much says that "they had cause to search your house" and "they found the drugs and evidence for drug use".

Nick is fucked.
And with all this he has fucked Kayla too.
There is no chance for her lawyer to argue any of the points Nick already tried to make.
