Maybe the Judge got pissed at Rekeita for filing everything last second at the Omnibussin and doesn't wanna deal with him trying to pull that again.

IANAL, but I'd figure that if the judge were referencing a new, future omnibus hearing that he'd specify it as such. This reads as though he's taken Rekieta as having waived all other issues not raised at the one true omnibus hearing, which is unfathomably based if so.

I hope he goes on stream and completely shit talks his lawyer. He did the same with Rendaza and I find it particularly funny because he almost views the law like a cartoon, despite being a lawyer. He thinks that, "hey I am paying the best defamation lawyer in the world, and yet I am losing, how could that be? must be the lawyers fault and he's a con artist", he never looks inward and thinks to himself, maybe this case is literally unwinnable because I literally did say "Montegraph has always been into sucking little boy cocks.", and no amount of lawyers is going to change that. He views it like a comedy where people can get away with anything as long as they have the best lawyers. As far as I can tell with this new ruling, this case is probably an unwinnable case, but of course that isn't Nick's fault for causing it, it's the lawyers fault for sucking at his job.

I thought that was the path if his Franks motion was accepted, but if it wasn't, he was done with the Omnibussy stage. Especially when you have a set of written motions like Nick did, you are often supposed to raise every issue you want to raise at the first instance you can, and if nothing changes (ie your Franks hearing gets denied) then you can't take a second bite at the apple. The Barneswalker's poor writing and Nick's strategic stupidity cost him.
