Not just finishing the drug program. The bigger issue for Nick would be court monitoring and drug testing for potentially a long period of time. Given the sentencing guidelines in Minnesota for drug charges, just about the only reason for Nick to fight the charges as he is doing is so he can get back to taking cocaine sooner without the legal risk of failing a drug test.
