It is 26 grams of bam bam in the same house as the kids and the guns. You should take the plea deal and go to rehab, Rackets. But please do the funnier thing and don't.
🥃:really:

There is no proof. Zero proof whatsoever that the cocaine was mine, Karen Farms. Maybe if you knew anything, which you don’t, you’ll know that cocaine could’ve been anyones. The only coke I enjoy is a can of Coca Cola!

the children are not required to testify in the current cases against Nick and Kayla.
Yeah, the kids are not going on the stand, but the prosecutor should absolutely put some form of the child's drug test in evidence. Especially if there's a jury trial and the jury could decide "the drugs were in the gun safe" or some other retarded crap. The statute says "kids and drugs same house" but it's irrefutable that the kids had access to the drugs if one of the kids is shown to have done the drugs.

All our theorycrafting may be for naught, though, because Nick might just plead out.

I will remind you that one of the charges is a child endangerment charge related to kids having proximity to drugs. If Nick and Kayla decide to go all the way with this, there is a very real possibility that the best evidence around of the child's actual exposure to drugs has real probative value.
Maybe I'm not understanding this. I thought there were two kinds of hair tests. One is just weight ratios which indicates metabolized over a set length of time. They did that test immediately and it was positive in the 9 y/o.

The other test is to determine more accurately when the use occurred. I thought that test was the segmented test.

I thought they did the first hair test showing 5000 number on the child. That would have lots of value wrt endangerment. But the test of whether the dosing was in one single event or exposure over time wouldn't seem to have the same value to the prosecutor. Am i missing something?

I'm not a lawyer, but I can imagine "the child got a mega-dose of the happy powder once when it was left out" would tell a different story to the jury than "Crackets left the drugs out and the 9 year old became an addict." I am not sure which story is worse, though, so you may be right. At the very least, the pair of drug tests confirm each other, and once one is on the record, I don't see how the segmented one is prejudicial.

The layman explanation of follicle tests is this:

Given that hair grows at a generalised rate, substances from diet are deposited in thr hair within a relatively short time of ingestion. Knowing that rate and that hair grows from the scalp, you can take the centimetres closest to the scalp and have a chronological record of diet indicators.

Now take the rate and cut the hair into segments and based on time per length, you can more precisely determine the date of exposure.

The first test probably covered 3-6 months. The segmented can maybe narrow it to a specific month or few weeks.

Zero self-awareness

I like one of the replies to his post. Everyone understands he's trying to deflect from the real issue here.

I would imagine his "self preservation" and testimony to this video would go something like this..
Is it Creative Writing September? See below..

If kids are back, supervised or not, temp or perm, I bet at least some of them feel existential fear and are sad to be back.
I thought about this for far longer than I should have and wrote a thing... Consider yourself one of Nick's children and his house as his show. That's the metaphor.

(This is embarrassingly self-indulgent and parasocial but might be worthy of a read.)
...

New fan? You might have discovered him through Maddox, Vic, Kyle, or Depp—or perhaps you’re just a toddler, still wide-eyed and learning.

He makes you laugh with his charm and wit. He performs with a magnetic and approachable presence, seamlessly guiding you through life’s ups and downs. He does a mean Kermit. You giggle. His jovial spirit and dedication to you make him a comforting figure, staying by your side for hours on end. He's smart, you can feel it. You trust him, and he shows his love for God and for you in a fun way. You feel safe. You're okay.

As a fan for 1-4 years, or now 7-10 years old:

You find him confusing at times. His jokes don’t always land, and he sometimes lashes out or crosses boundaries you don’t fully understand. It'll be okay, you tell yourself. He still brings you the joy you crave and gets you to the destination - most of the time. But you worry. He’s staying up later and finds you irritating sometimes, but you cling to the memories of happier moments. It will be okay.

After being a fan for 2-6 years, or if you’re now 8-16 years old:

The connection begins to wane. You stop saying much. He seems distant, sometimes even hostile. His mood swings leave you bewildered and feeling like a burden. The once-ordered house is now chaotic, and you’re often left confused and hungry. Strange people come and go, and while they bring him joy, they make you uneasy. Occasionally, he even scares you. You hold onto the happier times, whispering to yourself, " It will be okay.".

Enough is enough:

He starts hurting those around him, deliberately, constantly. He senses your growing frustration and lashes out even more. You stop trying. You reach your breaking point and expose his behavior—whether with your voice, your fists, or your digital presence. You are not okay.

The aftermath:

You leave the house, take a break. You discover other people share your feelings. He faces consequences, and for a fleeting moment, you feel victorious. Time passes. You find yourself back in the house even though you don’t want to be there. You still yearn for him to get better despite the dawning knowledge that it's over. Deep down, you know the home and the man you once loved will never be the same.

It will never be okay.

This is a man who streamed from 4-7 hours/night for for years. We know who Nick is. We know how his children feel.

Thanks Nick for promotion Kiwi Farms to mainstream, keep it going buddy.
You know? This is true, we got some vindication because now TYT and other groups are actually talking about KF and Rekieta. Making people realize its just a water hole to talk about internet retards and not some tranny murder factory.

Thanks Nick!

Rekieta’s case has me unironically excited for the start of each new work week, because it means the possibility of new court filings. Thanks Nick!

There are few things about the Balldosphere that make me laugh more hysterically than Still Life randomly jumping out of the woodwork and threatening to murder and rape people. He's like a living testament to Nick's personal and political philosophy of 'anything goes' and what that actually means in practice. I picture him as this fetid goblin that Nick cannot banish because he's a manifestation of Nick's evil soul.

Ostatnio edytowane:
This was back in the CPS documents I believe, when they were discussing the possible in-home supervision by the extended family. Didn't one set of parents have vacation/travel conflicts coming up in September? Any chance that might have messed with his streaming-schedule? Or am I misremembering?

Seems to me most likely reason for lack of streams is family or court drama. Kayla got pissed and told him to knock it off, or his lawyers did. Something like that
