After the stream without making any statement on it (that I can find, if you would like to provide one please post in the comments and I will add it here) Nux Taku silently changed the thumbnail.

2. This video (trigger warning racism at the start) shows the thumbnail of the video and also shows that the video is completely unrelated to hentai in any way as it's simply a speedrunning video.
