Paired with the talk during the Barnes stream about how investigators/government officials will work to get information without having it go into the discoverable record, Nick might believe the government is withholding pieces of information that were used in the warrant because he doesn't see how they got from step 1 to step 2 without supplemental information.Have they ever presented any reason the warrant itself is somehow unconstitutional on its face? Because if they did, I missed it. Just jabbering and gibbering that it is doesn't count. It appears to present vastly more than adequate probable cause, which is all it needs to do. What is the supposed constitutional deficiency in it?
