Nick at least implied it on several occasions
He's being a pedant. He knows he has implied that the cops planted the drugs. He didn't even try to hide the fact that he was implying that. But he's a weasel, he almost always speaks in implications and suggestions so that he has plausible deniability if he ever needs to deny that he said something.
So yeah, he never said the cops did anything wrong. But he definitely communicated that they did, we were all meant to understand what he was saying to mean that the cops planted the drugs.
It's transparent that
ambiguous generalizations
but I really can't remember anything specifically about

This is where efforts to nail him for saying X or Y will fail. He's not that clever, but (the Montegraph comments aside, which were astounding) he is careful amused with his own cleverness enough, and broad enough with his statements, to say something absolutely clear in its implication, knowing everyone will understand exactly what he's saying, but stopping short and letting his bulldogs say it it under color of commentary and speculation. It doesn't take even a wily 4th grader to know that observers would know exactly what he means and form the thought that he said it, even if he didn't quite.

Good lawyers are precise with language because words do matter, and they disclose those narrow distinctions upfront.

Hack lawyers are just weaselly, card-trick magicians, rolling around in the world of plausible deniability like a dog in shit.

Narcissist good lawyers are immensely irritating and frustrating.

Narcissist hack lawyers wind up snorting coke using their girlfriend's credit cards while Our their Wife lies senseless on the bed until after the cops breach the door brandishing an imminently eminently appropriate probable cause warrant, arrested for felony possession of an ounce of blow in their sty of a home full of hungry children, making stoopit 8A claims about bail amounts, and required to pee in a cup on command just to see their neglected children. And call it a win.

He may skate, and it will be a disgusting travesty (getting kids back at any level so quickly is already a disgusting travesty), but for the avoidance of doubt, Nick Rekieta: if you weasel out of this without a permanent stain or everlasting hate from your children, just know it has nothing to do with your quality as a human, your (cough) quality as a lawyer, the quality of your representation, your correctness, your righteousness, or your vindication. Because those things don't exist.

If that happens, you will just be yet another tacky junkie negligent parent whose only achievements in life came as a result of someone else's fortune, overburden, or screwup.

Cheers!
(Pat Travers, "Snortin' Whiskey"; even has footage of the Rekieta house and an April lookalike)

(Styx, "Snowblind"; more "bodycam footage," bonus: a cross of coke)

But we've been so wrong and had so many losses, meanwhile Nick has had so many wins and eaten so many Doritos.
A humble proposal:
A dorito chip reaction, for the specific case of the farm correctly predicting where life works out the way we pretend it does. A shorthand for "the farms was right"

Hold up, the what now?
That's the name Kayla came up for to describe Nick's shitty dead on arrival cult.

Let it sink in that Nick is such a fucking failure of a narcissist and lazy piece of shit that he can't even start a cult with more membership than his pilled out trekkie wife and his sidepiece cokewhore. He doesn't even have a doctrine to draw in new hoes and their husbands to use as piggy banks. All he has is gaslighting, the dumbest bitches you know, and cocaine.

Aww too bad he didn't end up like David Koresh...

In this instance, the specifics of his comments are not critical.

They matter to the extent they contribute to the widespread rumors surrounding the case which could potentially be dispelled by releasing some or all of the BWC footage.

The investigating agency has the discretion to determine whether there are widespread rumors which could be dispelled by the release of some or all of the BWC footage.

Didn't Nick say he was going to stream this morning after abandoning last night's stream?
He was allegedly going to stream at some point today, yes.

If he bails, it's probably due to unexpected seething in the last 24 hours.

He's probably trying to wait until the last possible second to see if MNPublicRecords drops something that shows what actually happened with his case. He doesn't want his "victory" lap to be over before it even begins.

These aren't nobodies either. Rekieta was the face of LawTube and has appeared in documentaries. Barnes was on the Rittenhouse trial team. Viva Frei has 617K follows on YouTube. All three of these people have wide reaches, are directly adjacent to Rekieta, and are telling us (the public) that this is a top-down effort to crush an innocent man in the worst way possible: by going after his kids.
For comparison, a network like MSNBC averages ~120,000 viewers per show on an average night. The videos I listed ranged from 25,000-125,000 views (excluding the clip).

More from same stream:

Robert Barnes accuses Ofifcer Pomplun, the officer who wrote the search warrant application of "effectively perjury" for not mentioning Aaron "thinks Rekieta stole his wife and caused his divorce" (note: this is not even true since the search warrant application mentions that they "may have had a falling out" - Aaron did not reveal the polycule until after the arrests)

Officer Pomplun was present for the search:

Barnes adds a baseless conspiracy theory about Officer Pomplun:

rekieta-corruption2.mp4

Officer Moist is still funny after all this time!

What would the awakening stimulus be?

Balldo-related, I am sure...

Until Rekieta got sued by Monty, I don't think Nick ever said a single goddamned thing about his local government.

He had his 'and everyone clapped' stories about his local practice with some shade thrown at other attorneys, police, and prosecutors. He even had the Fischer story about the elevator before Monty.

Didn't Nick say he was going to stream this morning after abandoning last night's stream?

And you believed him? That was your first mistake!

I thought it was Nick's stupid name.

Can't wait for Empire Strikes Back.

Nick's rationalizations exist as a quantum soup in his pickled brain. He is unable crystalize a greater concept from a nucleating thought at this point. Kayla, however, I could see delving into the k-hole and reemerging with such a stupid sounding term to describe their polycule.

Oh, I plum forgot about the elevator story! And I shouldn't have too, since I had discussed it myself a number of times. You're right.

Still, Barnes's claim is fucking ridiculous. He wasn't exposing corruption there. He was just being a petulant asshole.

EDIT: Elaboration.

King Balldo has again reached out through a system of ropes and pulleys to declare the following:

  • He has never said the police did anything wrong during the execution of the search warrant on his premises and both dares me and wishes me luck in finding evidence to the contrary to support a petition to the Kandiyohi County Sheriff's Department.

There are definitely clips where he and his friends are strongly implying or insinuating that the police planted evidence on him and cannot prove that the drugs they found in his home belong to him. It might be time to organize a search.

Originally I just wanted any clips where he directly stated that people conspired against him (which he did, by stating Aleisha Sweep lied under oath), because that went into the affidavit. However, with the petition to the Sheriff's office, I only really need to prove there's rumors that can be dispelled by the footage. I think he and the Balldo Guards like Barnes have said enough dumb shit about this case that we can easily prove this.
The esteemed lawyer and commentator Robert Barnes has said a lot on the subject. Robert Barnes has a prestigious history in the law, having represented Wesley Snipes and helped in the early stages of the Kyle Rittenhouse case. He has helped found a free speech platform (Locals) and has 320k followers on Twitter and founded the 1776 Law Center.

On twitter, he has tweeted:

BarnesTweet1.png Link

Clearly alleging that the cops screwed up, the judge granting the warrant was biased, and that the CPS workers lied about what they found within the Rekieta household.

He further tweeted:
BarnesTweet2.jpg.png Link

Clearly communicating that believing that the Rekieta case violated the Bill of Rights.

(I meant to go digging farther through tweets today, but unlike Nick Rekieta, I prioritized time with my kids over time on the internet correcting the record)

Eta a tweet from Viva Frei outright calling the warrant illegal: https://x.com/thevivafrei/status/1795644696607564258

Eta (still phone posting like an incompetent savage): Here's Nick commenting on how the door was knocked down before he was ever given the warrant, strongly implying the entry by cops was illegal - https://twitter.com/RekietaLaw/status/1805345795434045457
