None of his responses are at all good, but I do think the court will appreciate that of the four filed so far they only total to about nine pages of "arguments" once you cut out everything else. They're also largely devoid of any citations to case law or federal regulations that a diligent judge or clerk might need to look into. From the perspective of whatever poor bastard has to deal with this, this may be Greer's best filings yet.

If nothing else comes out of this we should at least get a scheduling conference scheduled.

Every other time the judge cut him slack by giving him what he supposedly meant to ask for, it was because he's a poor pro se know nothing, but now he's trying to get that same slack for what his actual lawyers argued and I really don't think that's going to happen

There should be, but either the clerk is extremely busy, or Greer genuinely forgot to file one of them. I guess I can ask again tomorrow, maybe there was miscommunication between us.

Nope. He has not responded to docket number 68, and the Magistrate explicitly ordered him to do so. So he's missing one.

Maybe the Judge should just cut to the chase and write baby’s filing for him. It’d save everyone time.
