Me too, I did a couple minutes trawling before saying fuck it, we'll see it in a couple days anyway. I'd also be shocked if it gets past 12(b)(6) but remember, QI can also be raised after discovery in a summary judgment motion in the already incredibly unlikely event it gets pass the MtD and somehow there's discovery (the most hilarious option especially if said discovery ultimately turns up evidence Pat did this to himself).
I'd be absolutely astounded if "cops aren't allowed to show up in response to 911 calls" is "clearly established law." In Wisconsin or anywhere.
No, what he's saying is, and he's not saying it outright because he's using a. . .dog whistle. . .to point out that crime went down when a certain demographic was disproportionately aborted. He is probably resentful that his source of pepperoni making material went down too.

I thought the FBI made a statement about overseas accounts.
A vague thing like 'there are overseas accounts' could be as simple as buying bitcoin or other crypto from not in the USA based firm. But saying the vague thing allows others to blow the situation out of proportion. Like Patrick is doing along with oh so many others.
After being in a courtroom and having the DA say they would not oppose bail and then make a filing that because the perp had went to a rent a machine gun gun range and had got a short term rental on a 12 cyl hot rod showed the perp was a risk and needed to not have bail I've come to not trust vague leading statements from government officials.

I’d be shocked too, but I’ve also given up on trying to make sense of QI doctrine. I’ve simply accepted if you can’t find the exact same fact pattern in Westlaw or Lexis, then you lose.
The whole QI jurisprudential corpus is such a shit show, it just needs to be deprecated by a statute.
One thing I can say though, it’s definitely not a constitutional violation to go after Fatty. Because pigs have no constitutional rights.

If they don't have a reason for what they do then how do they have a goal which you say they have stated publicly and proudly?It will be very distinct from all the other days when Patrick gets a drink or ten.
If they've never spoken to you or know anything about you then how are they putting you in danger and how do you know who they are?
I notice you say that your enemies have a foolproof simple plan that they're guaranteed to carry out yet you don't say anything about doing any planning or taking any kind of action before they do so. You also say the police do whatever your enemies want and also that your enemies are seeking to murder you via cop. Yet you seem to indicate elsewhere that you are continuing to rely on and seek help from the police against your enemies who control the police and courts.
Also, btw, I know you took an advanced college course but if states don't send in their Electoral Votes, it's a majority of those who did send in their votes not all the states. It's effectively up to Congress to decide which states to count and what constitutes a majority. You way want to cut back on assuming you're the first person to ever think of something about things that are really old.

There will be the usual court proceedings, which will confuse Piggy. A confused Pig is an angry Pig. There will be an outburst of disgruntled oinking. While drinking he will convince himself that the suit will prosper, and those millions of dollars are practically sitting there in his pocket. Reality averted, He begins, or rather continues, his daily twitter squealings. The real lols happen when he files a response to the City's motion. It may be even better than his amended motion for the lolsuit, ore even his pro se motion in his contempt proceedings. It will be pure comedy gold.

'Tis optimistic that there will be a hearing where Pat can show. If this thing is all sown up with the motion to dismiss is there a need for oral arguments to be told Nope! Given how Patrick has acted and you are the lawyers seeing this why would you want to push for a hearing with Patrick?
Patrick isn't needed to be present to lose the case. I still hope for the MPD to actually spend effort and see if there is more than posts from torswats to be able to show Patrick did pay torswats. Given his gun collection and public statements about his willingness to use violence at his home the safest way to lock Patrick up for the self-swat would be to let him into the courthouse with screening and then have the marshals wait outside the courtroom to pick him up after the case is tossed.
Marshals in the hallway and 2 in the back of the courtroom to box him in. It'll be hard for those who don't know every cop he listed to determine if the back benchers are MPD or actual feds.
The less funny bit would be if Prongay powers activate! and a couple of people in marshal looking suits are in the hallway because Prongay controls the cult and a couple in the back close in on Patrick like he's gonna get arrested and then start talking about swine with themselves. The most funny is his actual arrest on a warrant over a self swat.

What Pat's doing here is stealing his ideas from a chapter in Freakonomics, where they postulate that the decline in crime starting in the early-mid 90s was a direct result of Roe v. Wade (this theory is based on one of the co-authors' earlier research papers which is also frequently cited by pro-abortion activists), the idea being that the drop in crime started about 1 generation after abortion was legalized, with the babies aborted in the 70s and 80s not being around to turn into disadvantaged youths of socioeconomic factors who commit crimes. I doubt Pat has actually read that book, because it's more about the effectiveness of devil's advocacy and how you can easily make strange connections between various things rather than actually proving any points, but that's a commonly-repeated argument from the book. Remember, no idea in Pat's head is ever original.
