Of all the trials ever in the history of trials, I wish this one would be televised. He can give his bullshit non-answers on the internet, but it just won't work in court with real practicing lawyers.

Nick just implied he didn't know the coke was in his house. He's really going to try and pin this all on someone else.
:stress:
New poll idea, who's he going to try to pin this all on:
  • Kayla Rekieta - Mother to his children, the other adult confirmed to be staying at the home.
  • April Amhole - Live-in nanny, or not. Nick's main hoe, but he could always trade her out.
  • Aaron Amhole - Hadn't visited the home in weeks; a longshot, but could get the Qover off.
  • The Children - Farfetched, but Nick's brain damaged mind might think they'd make a good fall guy.
  • The Cops - Cops plant evidence in the homes of rich white trad dad lawyer Youtubers all the time.
  • All of the Above - This small town gubmint conspiracy runs really, really deep.

It's even deeper than that.....

Interesting new matter of public record attached.
Ooh, it appears there was a trial/hearing july 23-26. Ended yesterday. Nick seems to think his kids are coming home soon. It wasn't immediate so if he's correct, it's conditional.

Nick isn't going to blame anyone else. His whole stick is to throw it that there all these alternative theories and it's the states job to prove it was his, not his job to find the REAL criminal. He's about to learn out what "reasonable" means.

The cops and then Aaron and then April. I don't think he's dumb enough to try and blame the kids, and I don't think he's going to throw Kayla under the bus. They do seem pretty attached to each other despite everything that's gone on and all the shit he's talked about her body being destroyed.

You've left out the true mastermind.

No Stalker Prude, the Cocaine is not mine Stalker Prude, and it would be okay if it was Stalker Prude because only Prudes think Drugs and Adultery are sins.

Enjoy Hell Stalker Prude.

Yes, and that was when it was scheduled in the previous CHIPS hearing (ERC omnibus). It'll take time for the documents to percolate through the court system, though. A decision by the court is expected within 15 days (which rolls to Monday August 12th).

So he finally realizes he is inevitably going to lose on probable cause and the search warrant. Now he is moving to an incredible longshot argument of trying to convince a jury that he has no idea where nearly an ounce of cocaine, scales and various accessories in his bedroom in his house where he has admitted to the police that he sleeps came from.

And though there little point in saying it at this point, talking like this in public about your own case is totally insane.

As far as the CPS legal activity goes, attempting in those proceedings to challenge the science of hair tests or go after CPS because the kids said the wrong thing to CPS is utterly futile. This isn't a jury trial and its just about impossible to convince a judge on matters like this. Also, his experts are as shit as his barneswalker twitter-troll attorney. Must be out of money.

Wasn't it in his safe in the bedroom? The "it wasn't mine and I don't know who" bullshit will be laughed out of court. I hope he tries it.

I really do hope when he tries pulling these cards in court and they don't fall for it that he devolves into shit flinging and screaming at the judges so they can slap him with contempt of court.

EDIT:

I think he will place blame on his oldest kid which is 16 years old or April.

We can only hope that this scenario comes true.

I hope the judge throws the fucking book at him and his hoes. If there is a way for the judge to throw a book at Nick's asshole parents who raised an asshole narcissist I hope for that too (I know there isn't, but I can dream.) Also, listening to Nick is almost unendurable due to the nasal whininess of his voice and his general slimy-ness. He isn't a valiant Gadsden snake, he's a worm slithering from under a rock.

Nick claims they went for unconditional release because random drug testing costs $75 a pop, so "you just have to do the math" to figure out that paying $10,000 bail is cheaper
Holy fucking cope, Batman. Yeah, I’ll do the math. Even if they tested him once a week after the arrest up until the trial, that’s 13 weeks which adds up to less than $1,000. Last time I checked that’s substantially less than 5K.

No one believes this shit. Not a judge nor jury in this world is going for this. He paid the bail so he could still do drugs. No, not every recreational drug user (say someone who smokes weed or does X at a party) is a problem. Nik/Kayla/April are NOT recreational drug users.

They had coke and Ketamine in their own bedroom, located in the same house occupied by 5 children. This is unsafe not only because the kids could potentially access it, but most importantly because the adults being under the influence poses a danger to them and their safety. If you’re drunk/high and one of your kids gets hurt playing outside, are you able to take care of the situation? NO. Are you even able to wake up and cook 3 meals a day, plus snacks, do housekeeping such as laundry, and help with schoolwork or hobbies? NO.

Please fuck off with this nonsense, Nik. It’s gross, it’s ignorant, and it’s insulting to our intelligence.
