This is my favorite bit. Talking about bad things is worse than doing bad things, isn't it.negative conversations about their parents
New poll idea, who's he going to try to pin this all on:Nick just implied he didn't know the coke was in his house. He's really going to try and pin this all on someone else.

It's even deeper than that.....New poll idea, who's he going to try to pin this all on:
- Kayla Rekieta - Mother to his children, the other adult confirmed to be staying at the home.
- April Amhole - Live-in nanny, or not. Nick's main hoe, but he could always trade her out.
- Aaron Amhole - Hadn't visited the home in weeks; a longshot, but could get the Qover off.
- The Children - Farfetched, but Nick's brain damaged mind might think they'd make a good fall guy.
- The Cops - Cops plant evidence in the homes of rich white trad dad lawyer Youtubers all the time.
- All of the Above - This small town gubmint conspiracy runs really, really deep.
Ooh, it appears there was a trial/hearing july 23-26. Ended yesterday. Nick seems to think his kids are coming home soon. It wasn't immediate so if he's correct, it's conditional.Interesting new matter of public record attached.
The cops and then Aaron and then April. I don't think he's dumb enough to try and blame the kids, and I don't think he's going to throw Kayla under the bus. They do seem pretty attached to each other despite everything that's gone on and all the shit he's talked about her body being destroyed.New poll idea, who's he going to try to pin this all on:

You've left out the true mastermind.New poll idea, who's he going to try to pin this all on:

No Stalker Prude, the Cocaine is not mine Stalker Prude, and it would be okay if it was Stalker Prude because only Prudes think Drugs and Adultery are sins.Nick just implied he didn't know the coke was in his house. He's really going to try and pin this all on someone else.
Yes, and that was when it was scheduled in the previous CHIPS hearing (ERC omnibus). It'll take time for the documents to percolate through the court system, though. A decision by the court is expected within 15 days (which rolls to Monday August 12th).Ooh, it appears there was a trial/hearing july 23-26. Ended yesterday. Wasn't it in his safe in the bedroom? The "it wasn't mine and I don't know who" bullshit will be laughed out of court. I hope he tries it.So he finally realizes he is inevitably going to lose on probable cause and the search warrant. Now he is moving to an incredible longshot argument of trying to convince a jury that he has no idea where nearly an ounce of cocaine, scales and various accessories in his bedroom in his house where he has admitted to the police that he sleeps came from.
And though there little point in saying it at this point, talking like this in public about your own case is totally insane.

I think he will place blame on his oldest kid which is 16 years old or April.Nick just implied he didn't know the coke was in his house. He's really going to try and pin this all on someone else.

We can only hope that this scenario comes true.I really do hope when he tries pulling these cards in court and they don't fall for it that he devolves into shit flinging and screaming at the judges so they can slap him with contempt of court.
He doesn't seem to have given up on attacking the warrant yet:So he finally realizes he is inevitably going to lose on probable cause and the search warrant.
Holy fucking cope, Batman. Yeah, I’ll do the math. Even if they tested him once a week after the arrest up until the trial, that’s 13 weeks which adds up to less than $1,000. Last time I checked that’s substantially less than 5K.Nick claims they went for unconditional release because random drug testing costs $75 a pop, so "you just have to do the math" to figure out that paying $10,000 bail is cheaper
