As I've mentioned before, he's also not the type of person you'd expect to be overly hostile towards Nick's drug use. Given he's been there in his life himself and even did a stint in prison for it.Chrissie is a wild card, spaced-out, and often clueless about what's going on. Gary doesn't micro-manage his guest's lives and careers. If he disassociates from Nick, that doesn't mean he's going to tell other people who appear on his show that they aren't allowed to interact with him. He's not EVS.
He would not even have a thread here but for the Rekieta connection. Nobody on KF gave a shit, or talked about him, until then. How all this drama can originate from a kicked-off FM radio rural Minnesota DJ is still beyond me.
I don't get the impression that most people (Gary included) really care that much about the drugs as much as they care about Nick being a completely horrible parent and husband. I mean, I could be wrong, but I think Nick could have weathered his whole situation if all he were guilty of was drug possession. As I've mentioned before, he's also not the type of person you'd expect to be overly hostile towards Nick's drug use. Some people, like Gary and Vic, are gonna apply the tactic of disassociation without naked hostility.
And that's fine. You can't expect everybody to be full of piss and vinegar. For some people, it's just not in their nature.
It's the people that keep sucking his dick throughout all this that are truly disgusting. Like Chrissie, apparently. JFC.
It is bad enough being a simp paying money to an Internet woman. But marrying one? Hitting one up?She did. She got married to her longtime male orbiter, who sounds like she previously was in a Monica Rial/Ron Toye situation, She got pregnant quickly after. Anna TSWG did the same thing, apparently marrying a much older man. They seem to know they're hitting their expiration date and locking down stability.
If Rackets and our wife were just a common junky couple, then I'd get bored of them pretty quick. I see those people every day when walking down the street.I don't get the impression that most people (Gary included) really care that much about the drugs as much as they care about Nick being a completely horrible parent and husband. No, you're right. The constant lies, Hedonism II, Nick wanting to abandon lawtubing for becoming a comedian/sex guru, his trad dad grift persona all falling apart, all doomed him. I just think people wouldn't have a burning hatred of Nick if he got nailed for guns and drugs instead of for child neglect/possibly endangerment. My guess is that in that alternate scenario, Nick would have just slowly faded away over time like other lolcows.Nick was finished months before the arrest. It wasn't necessarily that he was using drugs, but rather that he had become an erratic and embarrassing streamer to be associated with. About all the arrest cost Nick was his remaining plausible deniability around his cocaine habit.
By the time of that final cokestream, there was nothing left for him to weather.
The chief reason Nick's going on he and April's mutual 'ally' (literally the woman who hooked them up) Mayr's show is to spin the narrative about her newly-revealed drug possession charges to the e-thot sphere. Nick's there to attempt to steer the optics for him and give April the illusion that he's still her best (only) option in life despite her latest legal conundrum. They are going to try and rehabilitate him aren’t they?
It's inevitable channel striking will be a topic of several superchats in this upcoming stream. Nick will give responses he thinks are coy but will tell everyone what he'll be doing (or telling washers to be doing) to these channels in the next few weeks. As for the channel striking, I have to wonder how much longer it will be before Nick discards his desire to seem nonchalant about clippers and joins Chrissie and her husband Frank in striking channels....
This is new information to me since I can’t stand to listen to Aaron’s Cumia impersonator voice. Holy shit.April posted a sympathy tear-jerker pic on Instagram about her ex's (not Aaron) niece who died of neglect due to a drug addict mother hours after the drug charge got slapped on her
April got a lot of hate when she made the instagram post, and rightly so. She’s been blocking people and deleting comments on the post. This is new information to me since I can’t stand to listen to Aaron’s Cumia impersonator voice. Holy shit.
Exactly this. Nick is bad for business and has been for a long time. No one wants to deal with an incoherent, has-been, retard who brings more headaches than super chatters.Nick was finished months before the arrest. @StannisTheMannis is right. Chrissie is doing this because of April.Chrissie, on the other hand, doesn't seem to have good judgement about the kind of people she associates with. (She seems to have limited awareness in general.)
Anyone who believes than Nick isn't orchestrating things behind the scenes hasn't been paying attention, Nick is a control freak who likes to make "shower calls". He won't say it directly, he never specifically told Null to sweep this thread but it's obvious that he was (repeatedly) implying and requesting it. Ralph might be completely full of shit about being paid by Nick, but Nick bought Ralph's loyalty by going on his stream, consider the timing and the fact he has done everything to avoid Ralph over the last few years. He still looked like he wished to avoid Ralph while on that stream. It's inevitable channel striking will be a topic of several superchats in this upcoming stream. I think some people would have let it slide if the only reason for the neglect/endangerment charge was the mere presence of guns and drugs, and against the general principle of just having the mere presence of drugs make something otherwise entirely legal automatically a huge crime. I don't think that's good public policy even if you don't buy that the Second Amendment prohibits it, or should prohibit it.I just think people wouldn't have a burning hatred of Nick if he got nailed for guns and drugs instead of for child neglect/possibly endangerment.
