If there's proof Russell has no theory of the mind, it's that. He never considered that these sleazy lawyers had their own motivations; he genuinely thought they were moved by his plights, and it came as a genuine shock when they told him to pound sand.

Absolutely let me put it this way, he was ruled against for being retarded and then he appealed. He won that appeal, and so he absolutely would file again. It is not like this lawsuit costs him anything and he knows it costs Null, so he'll do it again.


That being said being dismissed without prejudice wouldn't be the worst thing in the world. It seems to make it easier to dismiss his next one with prejudice judging from the Melinda Scott case.

He absolutely would for one thing, he's a lolcow. They never learn. For another, just look at every other thing he's repeatedly tried and failed at, but continues to keep trying. Venmoing social media thots small amounts of money, commenting on profiles of young women, sending female celebrities songs...this is no different. Russhole has created this mental image of himself as the scrappy underdog like in some 1980s coming of age dramedy. "If I just keep trying eventually I'll win!"

The other time a seven-day notice to quit would be issued is for a no-cause eviction of a weekly tenant (and cannot be cured by the lessee). That isn't the case here, and Russ could cure (i.e. halt the eviction) by paying his rent and accumulated late fees.

I don't recall how long it's been since the docket listing has been posted, but it looks like there are a few juicy new filings which unfortunately aren't freely available online, although I believe someone could email the clerk and pay to obtain them.

Russ knows he doesn't have a leg to stand on and that the moment the Judge wakes up and rules on anything he's toast for giving the court and defense an address he admits is fake in his exhibit (which showed a bill for East Twain Street) and in emailing Hardin "As for the address, I'd have to know what you plan on serving me with" and his own hooker PAC website using his real address.

Russ is using this change of address to say "You know what, that address doesn't even matter either way, just send stuff to this address for now" as if that undoes repeatedly lying to the court and defendant.

And it's a PO box, so his eviction shouldn't even affect that address, but he used the excuse anyway.

This makes me want to read whatever Greer filed even more. I don't know anything about the judge, but a lot of them will at least try to give some poor schlub a bit of a leg up if they can. Either this judge has some prior experience with Russ or whatever he wrote in that motion set off every warning siren the judge has.

I think he claimed his HARDSHIP was that he could no longer pay for the PO box. Not much better, but slightly more coherent.
