It doesn't camouflage the Adam's apple, and it doesn't go with his outfit at all; that's one of those plastic cord "tattoo chokers" that were popular in the 1990s and came back around in the 2010s--the tween kind you'd buy anywhere tween fashion is sold, or an even cheaper version for $.50 in a novelty jewelry vending machine.
Something about this one looks especially alien. Unlike on the post on the previous page where it looks like someone photoshopped huge tits and women’s hair onto your standard coomer, this one looks completely lifeless. With those empty eyes and smile, he is far from the most grotesque or otherwise noteworthy troon I’ve seen, but he is one of the most uncanny. Like looking at a mannequin.

I know that troons liked chokers cos they help cover up the madams apple. But it’s like chokers became a meme and then they forgot the point of them. So now they wear those tattoo chokers which only attract more attention to the madams apple. Goodness troons are dumb.
Chokers look cute on women since women have skinny woman necks that are 3/5 their head, but on troons they just highlight the adams apple, like you said, but also how a man's neck is usually 1/1 with their head.
