What does this mean for the case? Is it going to be dropped because of 'inability to prosecute' or something? I was just thinking to myself that this case had finally calmed down and we would all be waiting for some magistrate to get off their ass and render some sort of decision on all the crap before the courts. Months from now.

Cross quoting from the Greer thread. Apparently Greer had no trouble giving the county magistrate his actual address for his eviction case while at the same time he was blowing smoke up the Federal Courts ass.

This is moot. He has repeatedly refused to provide the correct mailing box. And now claims he has lost it? How can he no longer afford an non existant fake mailing address? Did the vicious city planning board illegally bulldoze East Twain Street and erase any signs it ever existed in some vast government conspiracy?

And he is once again injecting matters ajudicated and which he lost, back into his filings. The non stop harassment claims. And now he is suicide baiting the court.

I hope @Null and Hardin move for sanctions and costs. Russ's goal all along has been to bankrupt Null and make him homeless. And there remain clear lies in this filing.
