You've clearly never done any FOIA shit because they sometimes delay for months or years, sometimes without even responding at all, forcing you either to give up or file an administrative appeal, and then maybe appeal that to a federal court, where litigation can go on for literally years.

The fact they're even responding within a reasonable time frame is better than the feds do on shit like this. And yes, the statute says they have deadlines on when they do this but I have yet to see one granted on time, and this is a weird one that requires video editing. I wouldn't be shocked if we get it in weeks or months, or maybe the whole thing gets mooted if they enter the entire thing as an exhibit in court.

Nick is so retarded he doesn't understand that even though yes, whatever this was turned out to be nothing, and people speculated things that probably weren't true, it was very telling of how people look at him now.

I find this to be the superior course of action, actually. Clearly Nick went to the KC because he thought they were retarded (not entirely wrong there) but also so he could undermine his biggest regular critic audience. By announcing the bombshell with some skepticism, Nick thought they took the bait. And now that they plainly come out and say "No bombshell, we looked into it and it was a gayop" it showed that Nick underestimated them. He's spent his whole life bullshitting and now he can't even pull it off on those two doofuses.
