"Cholinergic Urticaria" is a made-up medical condition with no established cause and no real course of treatment. The name was invented more as a catigory for reported patient symptoms rather than an actual condition. Those marks on his arms are not hives. Whatever they are, they not something that comes from "Cholinergic Urticaria".

But I'm sure it checks out. Spending all that time in the hot tub is certainly consistent with a medical condition where he supposedly breaks out in hives when he gets warm. Nick has also never done coke for the same reason and has ODD. Because he says so.
